Lil digi is killing dat shit. I am getting the pics bro been in LA for two weeks.ok so we get done with mini-me's child abuse (workout) one night and he's standing in front of the mirror holding his shirt up and i ask him what's up...
mm: i wanna have abs
me: you do have abs dude
mm: i can't see'em
so, i proceed to explain (to my 8 year old) how you lean back a bit to elongate, take a deep breath, let half of it out, then compress your abs...imagine pushing down on a balloon so the front pops out a little.
