I trained calves for the first time in years
I literally cannot walk or flex my ankle correctly because I have such terrible DOMS in my gastrocnemius
It feels like I have a very bad cramp except its been 48 hours now and the feeling is still there and it is so hard to move
Is this normal after hitting a muscle for the first time? I have been weight training long enough i rarely get doms with the parts i normally hit. Is it possible I tore or strained something?
Any home remedies for DOMS that are at this level of intensity?
