PCT dosage question

Hey guys I am running a cycle right now but I have a conflicting PCT idea with my friend.

Ive been running

1-5wk Turinabol 50mg/ED
1-12wk Test E 500mg/EW
8-12wk Tren A 200mg/EW
4-12wk adex 0.50mg/EOD

PCT plan
13-14wk HCG 2500iu 2 shots
15-18 Nolva 40 40 20 20
15-18 Clomid 100 100 50 25

I have no idea of PCT dosage right now since my idea is so much conflicting with my friend.

he said go nolva for 3 weeks then follow up with clomid with another 3 weeks. he told me not to use nolva and clomid together because they are not as effective as using them alone.

also im not so sure about HCG dosage, 1000iu x 2 shots are enough he said.. if not another 500iu shot. can anyone give me some advice? thanks.

I think your NOLVA/CLOMID regimen looks fine.
My team doesnt use HCG during PCT,,only during the cycle.

first of all you don't have any support supplements lined with your cycle...thats very dangerous bro and will lengthen the time for recovery.

you dont need that much HCG per week, just take 500iu 2x a week. if you have 10,000 units take 2x 500iu from week 4 through 14. If you only have 5000 units take it from 9-14.

dont wait till week 4 to start adex.

you should NEVER use hcg in pct... that is an absolutely horrible idea... mimicking lh in pct is not a good thing and hcg can also increase estrogen... all VERY VERY BAD things to have going on in pct... here is a full pct for you...

I would never recommend running Nolva after a nandrolone. It can lead to a lot of gyno related problems. You will need more than a SERM in there as well

Ask 10 different people -- get 10 different opinions.

I personally think HCG should be used after a cycle, not during.

I think clomid sucks and nolva is worse.

I think sarms should not be used in PCT since they are suppressive.

As I sad , opinions vary.

I like HCG, a-dex, UNLEASHED, PF POSTCYCLE and months off between cycles. That's always worked for me and anyone I recommended it to.

I would choose Aromasin over Adex.. I would also include Ostarine in PCT. it will help keep gains and give you a better sense of well being in PCT. Just make sure you have great boosters on hand. HCGenerate ES comes to mind.
