Now originally I was going to be running Helladrol and Katanadrol stack, but after talking with the big man, WolfPackAlpha, and the recent new release of GK's Oxandrovar... He persuaded me differently. So here we go baby.. Two day's in now, and I can't wait to see the results of this highly anticipated new line of PH's GK brings.

Over the next couple days I will give more specifics regarding my situation, goals and details about myself... But for right now, here's what we are working with fellas. Let's work.

Day 3

Today was a off day. I took off a couple weeks off before starting this cycle to give my body a break and just focus on cardio. So after a full week of being back in the swing of things my body is just blasted and I'm sore as hell. I'll be taking some measurements tomorrow to give you a idea of a starting point, but for now here is what my workout routine is going to look like. I might adjust a couple things here and there, but this will be the foundation of my regimen.

Monday – Legs 4 sets of 8-10 reps

Leg extensions
Squats (1 extra set of 1-3 heavy reps)

the stack looks nice bro... one thing to consider... after 3-4 weeks, if your not experiencing any sides, bump up to 3 caps a day of oxandrovar... should be a great cycle for you bro... im looking forward to seeing your results... im always here if you need any help with anything...

Dylan.. on the bottle it says you can run Oxandrovar up to 8 weeks. Would you recommend that?

Also, im definitely going to bump up the dosage and I was thinking of doing after two weeks.. maybe to earky?

i think you should be alright running it 8wks if you stay at the normal dose.....

if you bump it up than you may want to stop at 6wks......

also depends on how far you push thing aas/sarm/ph wise....so theres quite a bit to consider.

Day 3

Quick Update

The diet of choice for me is Intermittent Fasting with a 16-18 hour fast and a 8 hour eating window. My calories are slightly below maintenance, so I try to get my cardio and workouts in during the fasted period for extra fat burning.

So this afternoon I did 2,100 jump rope reps within 21 mins. I might need to actually increase the number and speed because it is pretty easy at this point. GW really shines in this aspect, but your calves are on fire :cool: My workout will follow as soon as I finish up my workday.

Day 5 Saturday

Cardio A.M. and Lifting P.M.

10 A.M
* 10 sets of 100yd sprints

-The goal was to do 15 sets but my legs were blasted. My shins really started to bug me, so ill be getting some different shoes

-This was my first time incorporating sprints into my regimen and I know I will conquer all my goals

Area of improvement/Goal

* Faster sprints and more sets
* Give Percy Harvin a run for his money =)

P.M. Workout- Biceps / Triceps 4 sets of 8-10 reps

* Standing Bicep Curls
* Dips
* Reverse Curls
* Reverse Tricep Pull downs
* Preacher Curls
* Skull Crushers
* Cable tricep pull downs

-28 sets all together and felt great

Day 6 Sunday

Cardio was about 1hour 15min walk in the snow pushing a stroller:cool: (being a dad) My whole body is super sore, so before I go into leg day tomorrow I want to feel fresh, so I'm taking it easy.

Status/Thoughts

• Increased Vascularity
• Feeling of Alpha and great sense of well being
• Breaks in between sets is very short
• Higher then normal libido
• Increased motivation
• Starting to see more muscle fullness

Very happy so far and I'm not even a week in. I'm going to love Oxandrovar.

Feeling great so far.. My lifts are relatively easy and I'm able to push through my workouts almost effortlessly. Only being a week in, and I can tell my strength is going to go through the roof and just feeling stronger and rigid in my posture. Oxandrovar is going to be a favorite for me no doubt.

For those considering on adding it to a cycle as a kicker, I can tell you personally that you will be rather pleased... Put it like this... this shit is the shit.

I originally was going to do legs on Monday, but my groin, quads, core, and hamstrings are still hella sore from my 100 yrd sprints on Saturday so swapped days. I thought I would be recovered by now, but definitely not. I almost hesitated on taking a day to recover, but I have to stay accountable to you guys following along so you can see how Oxandrovar performs. Based on all that said I can see where my weakness is and im going to make the adjustment to get faster and more developed in that area. I want all around athleticism.

So Far

* Very vascular
* The will to push through workouts and get that last rep
* Starting to see more cutting around waistline and arms
* Muscle Fullness
* Confident and sense of well being
* No side effects

yep those are the results I would of expected so far.. great dedication.. I also like to do cardio and weights split up during the day. think it works well..

Day 11

Sorry for the late update guys.. It's been a super busy last few days for me, but I'll do a better job keeping you up to speed here. Despite my busy schedule I've still been able to hammer out my workouts which keep getting better and better as the days come along. I really pushed myself to the limit with legs and had to juggle my workouts a little bit and make an adjustment because my hamstrings were bothering me(very sore).. Not a big deal at all, it's just been my experience over the years of training not to push myself when I'm injured even at the slightest. Needless to say, today will be my day off but Ill be back in order on Monday with original play and layout.

I'm also planning on taking some measurements either today or tomorrow and prob add some pic's. I envy you guys who can just take a selfy.. Lol. I have a slight tremor which makes it impossible to take a focused shot, so I have to have my wife do it.

Not much to update other then what I have posted so far.. The biggest thing is my ability to push through the last rep of my workouts way easier then usual. Pretty much with every body part.

These are the biggest changes I've noticed so far:

I really noticed the push through strength on my chest day... Chest is probably the weakest of the different muscle groups for me.. Not only do I want to build a little size, but strength too. My last set, I fukin murdered though, and this is where I know Oxandrovar was shinning. Usually my shoulder aches, and that why my lifts aren't too big when I do chest, but I easily finished out my 4 sets of 8 @ 320lbs with no shoulder issues(which is a victory for sure).

Today will be a off day... Probably go for a 30-60 min jog and tomorrow go out to the football field and run my sprints.

Day 13

I decided to do chest today instead of cardio because of my hamstring buggin me. Ill have to take it easy for a bit from running as today was supposed to be 30-60 min today running.

Definitely didnt want to do a damn thing today, but went and pushed some weight aroumd anyways.

2 Weeks and 1 day into this cycle

* After speaking to my big brother WPA he convinced me NOT to do any legs or cardio work to recoup my hammy

Monday- Back 4 sets of 8-10 reps

Tuesday- DAY OFF

Today will be Chest which I will update later today as well

Side Note

* I increased S4 to 100mg ED split- 50mg am/50mg pm
* No signs of vision issues
* Oxandrovar is continuing to increase strenght
* Waistline is getting slimmer
* Pimples subsided when I started taking Aromasin @ 5mg EOD
* Noticed legs getting bigger as well as shoulders
* Seeing a nice recomp so far

Day 15 Continued...

Chest Day

I didn't get as much time in the gym as I wanted but did get 18 sets in. I want to get some more size in on my chest, so I incorporated some 5x5's.

Hammer Strength Incline Press 5x5
Hammer Strength Decline Press 5x5
Wide Dips 4 sets of 8
Cable Cross Over 4 sets of 8

* Strength increases for sure
* Short Breaks in between sets (GW attributing to this)

Now I'm about roll out my Hammy on the foam roller get my leg recovered.

Day 16

Today is a off day.. I was supposed to train Hamstrings today..

I did 30 mins of stretching and foam roller.. my legs are actually starting to feel good, and my hammy seems to be getting less sore.

Today it became more noticeable that im leaning out. Everything is looking great so far.

Day 17 & 18

Yesterday was shoulders day and did allot of cable work..

Also spent about 20min on my legs. I fogot how great a foam roller is.

Friday- Shoulders 4 sets of 8-10 reps

Cable Lateral raises

Cross Cable Raises
Shrugs

Had a great workout.. getting stronger by the day.

I have business today with no access to a gym so im going to have to figure something out.

I can tell my strength is going to continue to increase. Feeling strong and stout.

It's crazy cause when you are lifting, you just have so much more power then normal. Pushing through last reps is almost a easy glide.

You guys will love Oxandrovar if you decide to give it a run.

Awesome work. Good to hear your strength is increasing. Foam roller is my saviour...I dont think id be able to do upper body strength training without rolling my back. I use tennis ball as well for knots around shoulder blades and ribs.

Day 20 One day shy of 3 wks

This weekend didnt go as I liked... I was traveling for business so didnt get workout like I wanted to but non the less, I slimming down and feeling great.

Today was supposed to be leg day... and after one week of resting my legs, i thought i would be ready and when i started warming up my hamstring started bugging me AGAIN.. needless to say, I was pretty pissed.

So ill stay off it for another week. I hate not doing legs, but you do what you gotta do.

I didn't feel like working out today, but decided to do chest and through in calves as well. I did about 12-14 sets between the two.

P.M. Workout

My big bro WPA doesn't want me doing legs at all, but I couldn't help it. I had to do cardio:D

* 2000 Jump Rope Sets

Shot out to GW cause I dont even get tired. Sarms1 is the best in the business and im kicking ass with it.

* No sides so far

The foam roller at the gym is to soft for me and I had just completed 10 x 6 deads...I still got a 7 k walk in then did soft tissue work 4-5 times throughout the day. Today just cardio ...kettlebells & jump rope to let the neck unlock a bit more.

I have serious neck issues.. I think its my 4 or 5 vertebrae down that is degenerative and it causes nerves to get pinched when I tweek it. So I cant do HEAVY shrugs or it will be jacked up for like a week.

I have serious neck issues.. I think its my 4 or 5 vertebrae down that is degenerative and it causes nerves to get pinched when I tweek it. So I cant do HEAVY shrugs or it will be jacked up for like a week.

I feel your pain brother. I think the older wr get the more inherent tightnesses and degenerative issues we accumulate. A percentage of our time must be spent maintaing a degree of tissue quality..I have also find it a lot harder to find strength gains with knots, spasm & poor quality tissue. My strength overhead has a direct correlation to how I feel through the upper back/shoulders/neck.

Day 20 One day shy of 3 wks

This weekend didnt go as I liked... I was traveling for business so didnt get workout like I wanted to but non the less, I slimming down and feeling great.

Today was supposed to be leg day... and after one week of resting my legs, i thought i would be ready and when i started warming up my hamstring started bugging me AGAIN.. needless to say, I was pretty pissed.

So ill stay off it for another week. I hate not doing legs, but you do what you gotta do.

I didn't feel like working out today, but decided to do chest and through in calves as well. I did about 12-14 sets between the two.

P.M. Workout

My big bro WPA doesn't want me doing legs at all, but I couldn't help it. I had to do cardio:D

* 2000 Jump Rope Sets

Shot out to GW cause I dont even get tired. Sarms1 is the best in the business and im kicking ass with it.

* No sides so far
* Nice strength gains
* Cardiovascular is great
* Dropping BF

So far so good. Ill be starting 3 caps tomorrow of Oxandrovar to finish out my last 3 weeks. I can tell its going to get better too.

Day 23

Feeling great today.. I've been sleeping like a baby lately, but I have noticed the last week that I have been sweaty when I wake up. Hamstring is feeling alot better and hopefully after 2 weeks of rest (no leg workouts) I can start back up my regular routine on Monday and not have to worry about my hammy.

Problem areas
* Hammy
* Shoulder
* Usually Knee (but hasn't been a issue in some time)

So with my shoulder, I might have a minor tear which I have had for a long time, started to irritate me last week, but I usually just power through and don't pay it much mind. I feel like a football player that is always playing injured. I know when PCT comes around my body will start to repair as it usually does when I start taking Ostarine. I always notice my joints feel alot better when I start my sarms which is why I always include it in my PCT.

Day 22

Cardio and Lifting

* 2,100 Jump Rope Sets (warm up)
* Biceps and Triceps- Did about 16 sets

Power is still increasing and arms are getting stronger. As far as the jump rope goes, 2,100 is alot of sets, and the only reason I need to take breaks as I'm doing it is because my calves are on fired after about 200-300 so I take mini breaks. Takes me about 15-20 mins to finish up.

I totally blew through my arm workout and felt great.

Day 21

This day was supposed to be back, but my shoulder was bugging me a bit, so I decided I'll incorporate more cardio, since I want to lean out more anyways.

Cardio

* Ran Outside about 40 mins

I got lower back pumps a bit, but nothing too crazy. I got a little less then 3 weeks left, so plenty of time to see more gains and reap more of the benefits that Oxandrovar offers. Libido has continued to be great, with no lethargy and happy with results I have seen so far.

Side Effects

* Slight night sweats
* Nothing else to report in this category

Yesterday I ran for 40 minutes amd skipped shoulders. I felt awesome when I was running.

Weird story, as I'm running yesterday a guy standing on the side of the road smoking a cigarette stops me, and starts sobbing. He tells me, "my wife just told me she was going to slit her wrist and and scared to go home to her and my kids... Can you call this number just to see if she answers..?"

I told him I would call.. and no answer. He about had a melt down. Make a short story shorter, she ended up calling back, and on the way back he was still there.. so I let him know. He about had another meltdown.

I was thinking to myself... damn people. Step your game up! It seemed so weird to me. Anways..

Today I did back work
* 16 sets
* Did about 500 jump rope sets in between my lifts

Just keepin it movin baby.. Now lets get these gainz

Week 4 Update

Sorry for the late update guys.. Been super busy, but staying steady with the workouts. So far Oxandrovar has exceeded my expectations.. The strength gains are F'in awesome. I would have to say this is the most noticeable difference. In my mind it's great if you are looking to cut or even recomp. I've managed to drop fat and put on some muscle mass. As the weeks go by I'm getting slimmer and slimmer.

Yesterday I worked legs and the hammy is back in the game baby! I didn't go too crazy, but feeling it today for sure as it has been 2 weeks since I worked my legs out.

Leg Workout 4 sets of 8-10 reps

* Focus- Really warm up and stretch. Did about 1,000 jump rope reps and 20-30 body squats (felt nice and warmed up)

Close width Squats
Shoulder width Squats
Calve raises
Leg Extensions

I usually do leg press as well, but I didn't want to put too much load on the hammy just yet. Shoulder also feels much better, so I'll be doing some dumbbell presses today. I think what has aggravated my should the most is lateral raises. I'll be steering clear of these kind of lifts cause it's reeking havoc on my right shoulder.

I took a rest day on Sunday, but I've been pretty consistent on getting my workouts daily.

Results So Far

* INCREASED Strength (this is huge) I noticed this big time on my last shoulder day
* Body fat loss in stomach and hips
* Increased size in arms and back- noticeable by other people
* Despite the 2 weeks rest on legs, much more defined and appear thicker
* No Sides
* Gained about 8 lbs so far

Today will be chest day, so I'll keep you posted on how the shoulder preforms. As far as some of you who may want to try Oxandrovar, I would highly recommend it. I got 2 weeks left, so I got plenty of time for more gains.

Awesome update bro! The results sound fantastic. Good news about the hammy too. I really only work overhead press variations (barbell, smith and seated dumbbells) and push press/push jerk for shoulders and never get any issues other than a tight trap/neck...but thst is when I neglect foam rolling and skimp on warm up. I am so pumped about starting my own run with Oxandrovar. Currently working my cardio back up so that I go into the run strong and fit and lean.

Unfortunately I had to skip my workout yesterday as I had meetings on top of meetings but had a great workout today.

Did chest today, but wasn't going to go too heavy because of shoulder.. and by the end of my workout it stayed in pretty good condition.

* Inclined Barbell Press
* Declined Hammer Strength
* Cable Cross Over

17 sets of Chest, wanted to do more but was limited on time. 115 lbs dumbbells is the most I've done before, as LA Fitness usually doesnt have this heavy of dumbbells, but this gym carries up to 125lbs which is nice. As you can see I'm getting pretty strong baby.

P.M. Cardio

Just finished this up and crushed this shit. When I started this stack I could barely do 1,500 and had to take longer breaks. Now I can do 2K easliy and its sets of 400 each, with about 30 sec break.

Nice jump rope sets bro. Those kind of tangible performance gains are awesome. I was a bit tired today so didnt push that hard. For the first time in 11 weeks I didn't progress in some way (weight or reps), just did 5 x 5 @ 80% of bench+ abs & back extension..ill make up for it tomorrow.

I am new here and new to bodybuilding / power lifting / supplements in general. I am ending week 8 of StrongLifts 5x5 this week and my stats are as follows:

Squats: 220 @ 5 x 5
Deadlifts: 255 @ 5 x 5
Bench: 165 @ 5 x 5
OHP : 125 @ 5 x 5
Rows: 155 @ 5 x 5

I am also adding 3 sets of Chinsups to failure on Monday, 3 sets of Dips to failure on Wednesdays and 3 sets of Pullups to failure on Fridays. On the "rest" days; Tue, Thur, Sat I am doing 30-60 min of Cardio. Sunday is a true rest day. I think I will stall out on my OHP within the next couple weeks and possible be able to get all the way to week 12 before stalling on the other lifts.

I currently weigh 223 @ 5' 8" and pretty high body fat 20%+. In the last 8 weeks I have lost 8 lbs and gained a ton of strength and some size on my arms, chest, and shoulders. I tend to store all of my fat on my belly and thighs. My waist measures 39" and my thighs measure 29". Pic of start -> week 4 attached (If it lets me), Sunday new pics to be taken.

I know this is a shit ton of information, but after following many threads, and this one of the most interest, I wanted to look into your stack. Adding it up is around $1000 for a 16 week cycle. I am just trying to see if it is worth the price if I we assume my dedication to lifting continues. $1000 may not be life changing, but it is certainly a dent in one's budget if you know what I mean. I would like to start a 16 week cycle within the next month or so if it really will assist.

Day 33

Today is my cardio day, so I'm about to run for 30-45 mins, if this weather allows me. If not, ill jump on the jump rope and get it in there

I hit all of my workouts hard this week, and of course my strength is still rising.

Yesterday

I FINALLY made it out onto the football field and did sprints. I warmed up well, did some jump rope reps, lunges and I even used rhe foam roller before hand.

10 x 100yd sprints

Even after the stretching I did before the sprints... I'm pretty sore. Feels good though:cool:

Now I know why track sprinters are so f'in ripped. Quads and Hamstrings are both feeling that workout.

Im at the level now where, in order for me to get in the low single digits, im going to have to switch my diet up. I think im going to go with the EVO diet too. I've never been into the strict counting calories and macros, but I want to take my game to the next level.

Does anyone know a good tool that I can use to keep macros accurate by plugging in the food I intake?

No test brother... I was just running the GW, S4 and Oxandrovar. It's awesome by itself, but personally I would rather use it as kicker to a cycle because it kicks in so damn fast.

Def doing you well as a solo stack. Stacked with test would also compliment it well.

No.. I didn't bro. Yup.. you will gain muscle mass no doubt. From what I understood it was more of a cutter, but IMO its a awesome for recomping

Yea, thats what I was curious to see your end results with the S-4 and GW. S-4 alone is solid at blasting away for a recomp or cut. Solid thread bro, thanks for sticking with it for info purposes..
