Sust 250 dose frequency

every 2nd day is best for sus levels
one huge blast once a week or a split dosage mon/thurs are your best options not like it makes a difference really.

if you dont want to inject a lot use enanthate or cypionate.
sus should be shot every other day, the only advantage over prop is that its more concentrated per ml so you dont need to do several ml of oil per week to achieve the same test level. its a good pair if youre using a short ester like tren ace but for anything else test C and E is better, just front load it

Is your sustanon 250 an oral?
sustanon is supposed to be injected just once a week believe it or not. it has 4 esters. 2 short and 2 long.. it was designed for ONCE A WEEK. each ester picks up after the other. hard to understand if you do not get how half lives work which many guys don't grasp. most of sustanon are long esters. very little of it contains prop. would you inject something with a 3 week half life EOD? didn't think so. so why inject sustanon EOD? if you want EOD then go with prop
because it can be a painful injection though I will split it up and do twice a week.. either way will work.
also it should be run a minimum of 14 weeks. for this reason its great to stack with deca, EQ or primo since those should be run 14+ weeks as well.. if you want to run a short cycle stick with prop or you will be wasting the long ester of sustanon.. if you want a moderate length cycle say 10 weeks or 12 weeks then stick with cyp

Needto had a great article on sust and how people take it incorrectly, how once per week is how it is supposed to be dosed. I get tired of saying 2-3 times per week and the tell me I am wrong at once per week.
yeah the prop that is in sustanon confuses people. what they don't realize is that its a very small amount and the 3 week ester in sustanon is should be taken advantage of

This is right on the money. I happen to do 2x a week against this wisdom that steve speaks of, just because I like smaller injects (1cc and below). I dislike the time it takes for oil to go through the 25ga needle (even after warming the oil and taking a shower), so I do 2 injects per week.
I use sustanon at the beginning of a cycle as the prop gets into the system quicker and the decanoate ester will be metabolized by the end of the cycle if I use sus at the beginning. I switch to test-e or c after the first 3 weeks or so (maybe a month depending on dose and cycle).
^^^ once a week injection is tough especially since its a single injection. for me i get sore on sustanon.. so i will split it up twice a week as well if i use it and mix in oils with my stack. i love sustanon amps and as i said above i love those paki's (hint, hint) and not those egyptians.
also I didn't research this but i'm gonna guess that the reason sustanon never caught on with HRT is because docs are much more secure with a simple test with 1 ester, not one with 4 esters.. and i wonder also if it has to do with sustanon being much less smooth and painful than cyp/E. just a guess.. anyone who knows the real reason would love to hear you chime in, i'm just guessing.. i don't think cost is an issue cause they are both about the same cost, but if availability is a concern that can effect too

Sustanon is injected once per week since it consists of
30 mg testosterone propionate
60 mg testosterone phenylpropionate
60 mg testosterone isocaproate
100 mg testosterone decanoate
The 30mg prop is just enough test to provide a boost while the other esters start doing their work.

I have tried it twice. Once every other day, and once at 1 shot/ week after reading Steve's post some time ago.
I found I had better results with 1xpernweek no mood swings or anything no peaks and valleys in energy. This may or may not be coincidence but I think there is some science behind the theory of 1x per week. Now what I did find is 2ml of sustanon into a quad can cripple a guy for days lol so I split up my shots into 2 and just did 1 ml into each quad / shoulder and had little issue. After 6 weeks I really started to notice the gains !

Bro, you can shot it every 3 days or every 7 days or every 9 if you wish. I suggest doing once every 3 days for advanced guys and once every 7 days for newer guys.
The E3D approach is very intensive for newer guys who may get burned out from shooting so often. Once every 7 days seems to be a tolerable shot frequency for most guys.

4 days ago I started my first cycle of sustanon 250
1 day later I feel tired all the time and I'll I want to do is sleep, have zero energy to do anything also have headaches on and off and I am contemplating stopping my cycle. Appetite has dropped and general lazy feeling.
How long will these side effects last. Any advice would be grateful

First off maybe they're not side effects, you might just be getting sick. But, certainly with taking any test there is the "test flu" phenomenon. It could happen with your first shot in a cycle or it could happen with your last one. Since this is your first cycle, I'll be the one to break it to you.... It's not as easy as you thought. It's not all a walk in the park, you won't instantly feel great and look great overnight, it stills takes a lot of hard work.
Many times you won't feel great, because of the gear you're taking... Whether it's test flu, tiredness, pip, sick to your stomach from drinking so many effing protein shakes, etc. you need to persevere and grind thru it......you need to work out when you're tired, you need to eat when you're not hungry, you need to pin when your other right leg when your left leg has killer pip.
that's the sacrifice and commitment you need to take, when you go down this route....
