Should I add or increase anything to my cycle

Hey. This is my first real cycle and I am wondering if I need to add anything or increase anything. Looking for strength gains and to stay lean. I'm 5'10" 145-150lbs and 22 years old. Just started an 8 week cycle of 50mg dbol a day, 1cc(1ml) of deca every Tuesday and Friday, and 1.5cc(1.5ml) of sustanon every Tuesday and Friday. What is everyone's opinion on this? Also I want to stay healthy and sexually active. I have a wife to please haha.
 
a lot of gear for your first cycle. You should be more specific and say the MG of each androgenic. I would get another bottle of deca and test and go 12 weeks for most gains. the long esters with deca take 10-14 weeks to fully reap the benefits.

Bad choice for a first cycle. What are the mg/ml of your gear? What kind if AI are you on? Are you taking prami r caber for the deca? Are you taking anything for general wellness? How long have you been lifting for? IMHO you're too damn small to be worrying about using gear. You're 5' 10 and only 140lbs. A strong diet is what you need.
 
I take an abundance of daily vitamins and a double dose of milk tissle for general wellness and to help counter some dbol effects. I eat very clean and get high doses of protein. I have been into fitness for about 8 months. I was almost over weight at about 180 lbs of all fat no muscle. I started off just to lose weight. Now that I've lost it all I want to get cut up and larger muscle mass. I'm reducing cardio and focusing on lifting heavier with 8-12 reps and as many sets as I can. Working till failure. This is the type of response I am looking for. Since I'm new I need to get all the advise possible to stay safe. What is prami and caber and what's it's uses?
 
You should have done more research bro. You say you have a wife to please? Deca is known to give something called "deca dick" where your dick will stop working. It's caused by the progesterone that deca creates in the body which is a female hormone that males don't need. It will kill your dick. Caber is what we use to kill the progesterone hence keeping your dick working. Caber is expensive as fuck
 
I know deca dick is common but the way ppl say it ud think every single person gets it ive never had a single problem on deca or tren with anything to combat it nor has anybody i actually know in person who takes gear not an attack at all at u because for a first time user its good advice to give him to be aware and he should be ready for whatever comes his way its just sometimes seems overhyped when people post good luck getting hard or ull get deca dick, just because who wrote it did doesnt mean everyone does lol

I do eat clean carbs and high protein in several small portions daily. Not a ton of food as I want to stay lean.


I've been on dbol for 3 weeks and I have just started the sus and deca Friday. Next sus ad deca dose being Tuesday. I'm sure it's not to late to add or change anything.
 
Threads like this make me laugh. You've injected dangerous drugs into your body without knowing what you are doing. Next time make a thread and learn before you start. You shouldn't be running dbol for 8 weeks. You shouldn't even be cycling at 145 pounds at 5'10 and you've only been training for 8 months. Do the smart thing and stop now before you hurt yourself.
 
What exactly are clean carbs bro? Lol this thread is killing me. You are seriously under informed on how to cycle. Not only that but you started before you had the facts and you don't even know how to build a diet plan.

The purpose of this site is not to spoon feed everyone who thinks they need to use AAS but to help those that have actually done their own research and planned a cycle then came and asked it they had their shit right.

You need to stop using. Start pct ASAP and forget about it until you're ready. By this I mean until you have built a strong base to build on, have learned about diet compositions and how to make them fit to your realistic goals and have researched and understood what these different compounds do you your body.

I mean shit you're running test and Dbol with no AI. Deca with no caber. You have no pct set up. This is a logistical fucking nightmare to navigate bro. Educate yourself.
 
Even though I wouldn't touch deca, I would add .5mg of caber every 3 days, and get some aromasin incase you see some sign of gyno, if you do run 6.25mg a day. Buy n2gaurd and run that along with your dbol, I would only run dbol for 4 weeks. Have you got pct sorted?

If I were you though I would get off and start pct, you should have researched before you hopped on.
 
I tried to research so much in the past before starting anything. Every thread I find about someone asking what to do and how to start and what is what is full of people bashing and no one helping. Instead of bashing tell me what I need to do. Wht to use, when, why, how, and where to get it. Jut looking for help.

Find a book on amazon called "nutrient timing." Amongst other things, it explains the concept of muscle insulin sensitivity as it relates to post workout carb-feeding, which is the first thing I tell people I train to consider when they're bulking. Your two most important carb meals are going to be as soon as you awake because your cortisol levels are at a high point and are trying to catabolize your muscle throughout the evening, and when you're finished working out. You need to focus on six small meals, and if you do cheat, try to do so in a.m. as opposed to PM. Lastly, here's a nickles worth of free advice, you may not want to bite the hand that feeds the bird when you're on their site and they're doing you a favor and sharing their experiences. If cycled improperly, deca can cause permanent endocrine damage, more-so than most steroids.

No stop the Dbol too. You can get them from ag-guys.

Aromasin 12.5mg eod
Caber .5mg

Since you only pinned the deca once you shouldn't have a huge prob with the sides but the sust and Dbol need you to run the aroma. You can prob even get away with just running formeron for its entirety to reduce any estrogen sides. Get it from strong supplements dot com.

I did my first injection Friday. Cleaned area, used 23ga 1" syringe, drew out 1cc deca then 1.5cc sus, and injected on the side of my righ quad. Now it's hurting so bad I almost can't stand on it and hurts to walk. It does seem to be swelling some but the area is not red and you can't see the injection site. I was very clean about it. Is this normal????

2.5ml in the quad can cause PIP in certain people. Also Virgin muscle man.

It's possible since its a bigger muscle group. All depends on the person, the gear being Injected, needle size, viscosity of the oil, speed at which you inject ect...
 
Ill throw in my 2 cents. Deca is a harsh steroid in my book. If your gonna be hard headed and stay on then just do the sustanon and def no deca. You will be in bad shape if this goes south using deca meaning you don't recover right from it. You could go months before your pecker works right again if you ever get it working again. You mess around and screw up and end up on HRT for the rest if your life and regret it all.
 
What are some good store bought supplements to use? Ad what's a good site that lays out some good exercise and diet programs. I feel that I am on a good diet now but ill take in all advise and information I can. Thanks
 
dude congrats on losing a lot of fat. but now you are just skin and bones at almost 6 feet and only in the 140's.. you don't just jump on steroids because you want to build muscle. you need to be lifting weights for years and years to build a base.. you are just wasting your money and time and will set yourself back further if you touch hormones at this point.

fix your diet
and get on a workout routine

you are way way way way behind the curve at this point and I don't want to be the bearer of bad news but you aren't gonna turn into the hulk overnight. right now you are trying to do just a shortcut but in fitness there is no such things as short cuts ever

Please post up what your exact diet is day to day. Aka what you're eating, exact measurement of what you're eating, and when

Ex:
930am
6oz chicken breast w/olive oil
2cups brown rice
1cup broccoli

And be honest. Don't exaggerate or just say "I eat alot of clean carbs and tons of protein" trust me, diet is everything. Bet we can get you to
180 and lean without AAS
 
Guessing that This is for you scoot ^^^^

Definitely wasn't for you brother, I'm not keen on preaching to the choir, just riding your coattails and trying to keep youngster from needing TRT permanently.
