That's what they are saying. Lot's of pics of the bags sitting down next to a mailbox. A lid to one of the pressure cookers was found on a nearby roof.

Looking at the pic is pretty shitty though. Tons of people standing around, cheering not realizing what's on the ground a couple feet in front of them.

Yes, but why are they denying there even being a drill going on when anyone who was there heard them calling it out "calm down this is only a drill" Now there was no drill supposedly when asked at press conference.

My comment was in response to those who were acting like they knew it was Al Queda "sand people", "rag heads" etc.
So I pointed out that it was not known and there were other theories. I didn't say it was my theory. Although the homegrown theory was very pausible and seriously a possibility as considered by law enforcement.
I personnally do not jump to conclusions and did not have have a belief of who was responsible. I was just waiting for facts.

It would not have made me happy if it was right wing american extremists. That's the last thing this country needs. But its a clever way of turning around the truth of the matter, which is that it makes you fucking racists happy that it was ferners.

So congratulations to all you guys who knew all along it was the Chechnyans. :FRlol:

reports earlier today said they had Islamic beliefs and possible ties to al qaeda, albeit minor and without funding. it'll all come out in the wash though

I've been reading a shit ton of reports on them this morning. So far, it's mainly just more journalist speculating shit so they have something to talk about.

The only thing I've read of any value is that the younger (dead) brother list's his religion as Muslim on a Russian social network, and the older brother said he was Muslim to a school newspaper that interviewed him once.

All the ties to Al Quaida and Muslim extremist talk seems to be internet speculation so far.

And pressure cooker bombs were used by home grown terrorist in the Atlanta summer games bombing, so again, that's not something exclusive to Arabic countries.
