How much pain and tightness is normal after my first ever test e 250 shot. It's in the quad. I did everything by the book. Just feels like someone punched me in the leg... Thanks gentlemen.

If you hit a vein or are sensitive to the test then you should feel sore for 2 days afterwards at max. 2 things, make sure you are aspirating your needle before injecting and that you are rotating your injection sites. If I were you and this was my first time , I would use the glute area for injects right now until you get use to it and their are far less blood vessels to hit,. Best of luck to you and I have attached a link for you.
I heated up the oil and that seemed to take 80% of my pain away. (microwave a bowl of water, stick vial in for a few mins until warm) Draws fast through 18g and injects smoothly through 25g!
my first injection i remember.. i was sore for a few days. just first time jitters and a mental thing. once you get the hang of it then it will be easy.
i still don't like injections personally.. slin pins i dont mind, but a 23 or 25G needle still isn't fun
use ice to numb the top of the skin, thats where the nerves are.
when you enter push it in, don't jab and lose control. when you are in take your time and don't move the needle around.. then when you finish count to 10 and then pull out with control but quickly. its like having sex but with this you want the liquid to stay in there when you pull out
Ice and oil do not mix, ice makes the oil in the injection site thicker, which is the opposite what you want to happen, massage the area with a hot washcloth several times daily, a heating pad will work also this will help dispurse the oil.
^^^ yeah i'm saying ice the top of the skin, not the muscle BEFORE the injection. not after. just so he doesn't feel the needle hit the nerve on the way in. then he can apply heat after.
