Hi, this is my first post but I will try to keep it short & sweet.
I'm nowhere near ready yet, but I'm looking into a 6-8 week Anavar cycle.
By the research on this forum & elsewhere on the Internet,I see it's a good idea to run test with var(or as a base for all cycles) test prop seems to be a good choice to run with var.
I'll post my info shortly to help you help me, but basically I first looked into deca for joint relief and recovery. I'm not a bodybuilder & need to stay around the 70kg mark.(155 lb) right now I'm around 160. I am 31 years young and 5'9.
After researching 19nor steroids I decided it was best to leave them out of my first cycle.
I have been recommended NPP with test prop,but as I said it sounds better to leave that for now.
my diet is very clean,mostly low carb with plenty veggies and high protein,I'll leave out the finer details right now to keep the post short(ish)!
The main reasons for wanting to run a cycle are:
Recovery
Strength
I have always been very shredded and lean,and have been training for 15 years.
Everything from Bjj,wrestling,judo,Olympic lifting,weightlifting and Muay Thai.
So my question is what type of test is best to take with var and for how long should I take it.
I don't really need to gain so would 100-150mg a week be enough(TRT dose)
I know I need an A.I too which I would use just incase of Estrogenic sides.
I'd also use some liv support and lipid too.(var sides)
I know what to use for PCT but for how long and when is what confuses me!
Low dose clomid or nolva seems appropriate.(I've not heard good things about clomid!)
I also researched HGH but don't have access to a legit source. And am currently researching peptides like ipam. But that's for another thread!
