Evolution and Big Bang theories are lies from the pit of hell

LOl. I'm not a Southerner, but I lived in Alabama for 5 years. My parents lived in Atlanta while I was in Alabama, so I spent quite a bit of time in GA. Now, I'm in the oil business and I spend a lot of time in Texas. So I know a thing or 2 about the south.
And by the way, I didn't say anything bad about the south, other than to point out that this retarded Congressman is from Georgia.

Lol The dude did kind of bring this one on himself I must admit. I live about an hour south of Atlanta. Spent a little time in Texas and Ok myself. Dad worked for Haliburton so I know a thing or two about the oil business. Lol

But if he was from New York or California it wouldnt get mentioned because those states dont fit the stereotype of the stupid southerner.

Right. So I don't think we should make fun of the south and just stick to making fun of Republicans in general :D

But the South is so chock-full of people who are fiercely proud of their ignorance.

Stupid debate. They are all theories anyways and have no place in government.

I think maybe you don't know what a "theory" is.

In modern science, the term "theory" refers to scientific theories, a well-confirmed type of explanation of nature, made in a way consistent with scientific method, and fulfilling the criteria required by modern science. Such theories are described in such a way that any scientist in the field is in a position to understand and either provide empirical support ("verify") or empirically contradict ("falsify") it. Scientific theories are the most reliable, rigorous, and comprehensive form of scientific knowledge,[2] in contrast to more common uses of the word "theory" that imply that something is unproven or speculative.[3] Scientific theories are also distinguished from hypotheses, which are individual empirically testable conjectures, and scientific laws, which are descriptive accounts of how nature will behave under certain conditions.[4]
