Hello everyone, this is my first post here on the forum, but I've lurking around for a while aready. Lets start with a little about me, I've been working out now for about 7 months, well really I started working out when I was 19, and at the age of 22 I stopped, got a little fat, went from 10% BF to 22%-24% and 169lbs during that 3 year period. Got lazy, eating nothing but junk, felt like shit all the time. So I decide to change that, missed that felling of looking good and feeling good. Started hitting the gym, running and eating healthier, and right now I'm finishing week 8 (Day 60) of P90x (6 days a week).
Current stats as of today is: almost 26 years old, 5'-05", 160 lbs and 12.5% BF, I eat 5-7 times a day, 2700-3100 calories a day, try to stay at 40% protein + 40% carbs + 20 % fats (I use a calorie tracker on my iPhone, I scan everything I eat).
Enough about me, reason I am here today is because my while visiting a good friend of mine a few months ago, he introduced me to RS Transaderm, which I used for about 4 days while at his house. LOVE IT, shit is awesome. When visiting him again 2 weeks ago, I asked him if he still had some of that stuff, he gave me 1-1/2 bottles and told me to read up on cycles and PCT before I start using so I don't waste it's true potential and don't fuck my body up. Now, I never used any steroids or anything like that, just multi-vitamin, fish oil, protein, creatine, pre-workout, BCAA and casein.
So, I did allot of reading about this and I think I'm ready to try it, bring it hard in the last 4 weeks of P90x and hit the gym hard right after. So I need some advice to make sure I got this planed good before starting this.
CYCLE:
1-7 RS Transaderm - 5 pumps morning
3-7 Forma Stanzol - 3 pumps morning + 3 pumps night
1-7 Gear - 2 caps morning + 2 caps mid day + 2 caps night
1-7 N2Guard - 2 caps morning + 2 caps mid day + 2 caps night
PCT:
7-10 Forma Stanzol - 5 pumps morning + 5 pumps night
7-10 Gear - 2 caps morning + 2 caps mid day + 2 caps night
7-10 HCGenerate - 3 caps morning + 2 caps night
7-10 Unleashed - 3 caps morning + 3 caps night
7-10 Post Cycle - 3 caps morning + 3 caps night
Anything I should include or not include in this cycle? I'm just not ready for injections yet, I don't like needles.
