I tried four completely new recipes for Marina. I was a bit concerned that I could pull it off. you see, we love Thai cuisine and I've tried a few dishes and succeeded, but never on this scale. Tonight I made my own Peanut Sauce, Thai Cucumber Salad, chicken Satay, and Thai Fresh Rolls. Every dish was delish...Recipes upon request...

My only objection is the rice, shouldn't Thai food be served with the stickiest, most glutenous rice you can muster up? That rice looks like it has rat turds in it.

LOL! Thanks, and yes you're quite right regarding the rice. Marina hates sticky rice though, so this is a mix of brown, white, and wild rices.

nice. i love thai peanut sauce. i could slap it on some cardboard and enjoy. satay is a staple for us when we get thai. lean and mean.
