Can't take it anymore. Very painful. Test P/E

I started my first cycle of test and I'm currently using test ethanate/400mg test propinate/100mg a week. The bottle contains boh of these esters at 100mg prop/200mg eth at 1ml.
I did my first shot on my shoulder and it's been extremely soar and painful since the day of injection and I cant even workout. It's very painful to move my shoulder, feels like I got shot.

I was reading about dilluting the test so I would inject twice as much amoun oil but in same concentration. So it would be like 150mg/ml and this would help with the pain. Test is dissolved in cottonseed oil and I was thinking of going to a pharmacy to buy it and dilute it. Is there any other way to do it or any suggestions to help the pain is appreciated. Thanks guys

Edit: I also feel like I got test flu. Fever, body aches, overall tiredness and extreme painful shoulder. Anything I can do?
 
I did the injection in my shoulder. I am 21 year old, 14%bf 172 lbs, 5'10. Been training for 2 year naturally with strick diet.
Hate to say it, but Im sure Im not going to be the only one who's going to tell you. But @ 5'10 and 172 you can get ALOT bigger naturally! If you are not eating to grow AAS aren't going to help much either.

I see your point bro, i usually eat between 3000-4000 cals a day, dependign if i include a few burgers with A&W. I aim for 200grams of protein, 250-300grams of carbs and <100grams of fat.
I train heavy and intensely and hit each muscle group once a week or twice a week depending on what i want to improve on.
 
^^^ this will help for sure but you will get some PIP from prop regardless. Don't expect a pain free pin with prop.
 
The prop is causig it. Next time get the prop from a source that used Ethyl Oleate as the solvent, it will be pain free.

I'd agree with this if you mentioned his age vice is size. Genes play a role in Size. He could be maxed out in size if he wasn't so young.

Based on that macro breakdown you are maxing at 2900 cal/day. At your weight you should aim for:
340g protein
500g complex carbs (100g of that should be simple carbs post workout but this is only time to have simple carbs)
100g good fats
This would put macros at 4260 calories a day, which will put some weight on you.

Please don't think I am being a dick but just looking to help you out.
