Iam looking for a 3-4 day routine. Currently stuck at a gym with no bench only smith machines and dumbells that go up to 60 lbs. Fixed barbells go up to 60 as well. The rest are cable machines. Planet Fitness sucks, btw. Any input appreciated.

GVT. 10 sets of 10. With only light weights available sounds like a good option. There are many variations so Google it and see if its something you can do with your limited resources.

I'll check it out, thanks. Another question I'm curious and by no means do I not want to lift weights. But I notice a lot of guys that get out of prison or jail are built from it and a lot don't do weights. How is this with just body weight?

1. Guys in jail do lift weights. Genetics compensate for their lack of proper nutrition.
2. You have to get out of Planet Fitness

Any chance you can get to a better training facility? I'd make that your priority, especially if you're on a Test cycle!

They took weights out of Cook County and also those who serve in solitary dont have access. No argument on getting out of PF though. Horrible there, lol.

Guys in solitary have one hour a day in the yard. Even if they don't have free weights most all have pullup and dip bars and a lot of improvised shit. My fiance is obsessed with MSNBC lockup.

You def need a new gym bro. But it's good to change up your workout anyways. Do high reps 12 to 16 low weight until you get to a new gym. Little rest in between sets. As for the guys in prison, it's all genetics. You get 3 small shit meals a day prob like 2000 cals. I know from experience.

Wow that must be their corporate policy. I was stuck waiting for something and popped my head in a planet fitness. $15/mo with no contract and I said shit I might do this just for an option if I'm on this side of town. I did the tour and ended up arguing with the sales guy walking me around b/c they don't have bench presses. He claimed that its unsafe lol and I was first person he'd seen complain about it.

Yeah it sucks. You gotta bench in the rack. Smith machine. I love the group of guys that lift a bit and then pump out their chest. Real tough. Lol

1) yes planet sucks
2) lower weight, but higher reps. I had a situation that made me work out like that. It worked good, if you put in the effort.
3) I have many friends in state prison that are JACKED! Low protein and no aas! They train hard to stay alive, fight and train. That's it.

First thing planet fitness is the worst gym in existence. As soon as you can leave that sad excuse for a gym. A real weight lifter cannot be successful in that sissy ass environment, were getting bigger and stronger is frowned upon. As for your original question the push, pull, legs routine is solid. Along with that eat lots of steak and eggs. A rule of thumb for bulking is, if your ever hungry then your wrong.

You should have loaded up a bar and dl then threw it down and walked out laughing as that gay ass alarm was going off.

Is there actually an alarm?

Think its called the lunk head alarm. Has a siren and flashing light. Had a thing on TV a while back about it cause some people said its discrimination. But they claim they are they are providing a comfortable environment for the timid, old, etc.
