1st Pin Advice

Did my 1st test-e pin 3 days ago (45mg).

I think all went well, no discomfort or anything.

Question is, as its my 1st how can I tell if I actually injected correctly? I assume as there is no pain it went ok?
I will follow the same protocol in a few days on my left thigh.
I assume that I won't be able to tell for 3 weeks if I have injected into the correct place and the gear is good?
Or will there be other signs in the mean time?

Stats! Age, height, weight, bf, etc.

45mg.... How much are you running? Thats not going to affect you at all

Your good bro.. You'll feel a little pain in a day or two. Like someone punched you. Nothing crazy. Your good bro.

Diet is basic but consistent!
Gym 06:00
Post workout protein shake 07:00
Breakfast oatmenal and protein 09:30
Lunch oatmeal and tuna 12:30
Afternoon protein shake 16:00
Evening meal 2 chicken breasts or 6 chicken thighs, with rice or sweet pots and veggies
 
Glad to have someone other then the teenages that post here. Anytime i can help I'm just a pm away.
 
Its all your opinion, but I would split that into two pins a week. Its your call though.

Twice a week would be tricky, what would be the benefit dude?

I assume it would just reduce the amount of test entering the system in one go? Or is that floored logic on my part?

It would keep your blood levels more consistent, giving you a healthier cycle, and helping with side effects. I would split it also!

I'll try and split the pins into 2 ew (weds/sun)

I have nolva for my PCT.
 
Radar is right, that's the worst pct product on the market.

Check out an unleashed/post cycle combo and try some hcgenerate along with the end of your cycle through pct, and you'll be good to go

I thought the nolva would keep estrogen down while my natural test kicked in.
I'm assuming that I should run the nolva with the combo you recommend

SERMS like nolva and clomid can leave you feeling like shit bro...

i would use forma stanzol oncycle and aromasin during pct.

is that test E you are using ? if its 450mg/ml - it is usually a multi ester.

you want something that will restsart your HPTA, nova will not cut it.
 
I would put a meal in at about 2pm also if i was you, say 250grms chicken/turkey with some wholegrain rice or even a slice of wholemeal bread and salad

I could do with out that. I'll look into getting some forma stanzol and aromasin.
Should I reconsider my dose? I'm going to order some more anyhow as I want to make sure I have enough for the 12 weeks.

Also, should I use the same pin in vial and to inject or swap pins? I used 2 needles for my 1st pin but I wondered if this is overkill? will the pin blunt that much on the rubber seal?

The test-e I have is 300mg/ml I was told 300mg per week wouldn't be enough and 600mg would be too much for a 1st cycle, so I went 450mg.
 
450 is a good dose.

And yes, switch the pins out, you'd be amazed at how much the pin dulls when drawing the test. A fresh pin is more sterile and causes less tissue trauma so you end up with less scar tissue.

I'll carry on with 2 pins. I was amazed at how painless it was - I wanted to do another one!

I assume another batch of tuna in some form in here wouldn't be a problem? Its just that's its easier to manage at work.

No real time as I work out at 06:30 in the morning.

I used to have a protein shake before hand but it made me sick during the workout.I think I'll start having a shake before training again and suffer the sickness.

Question: is there a real benefit in eating before training in the morning as I've conflicting information.

No time? Why not? I train @ five in the morning. "No time" is never an excuse bossman...

If you're weight training you need protein & carbs before training...

5am? Fcuk me fella thats early!!

I'll make sure the 1st thing i do when i get up is chuck something down, should giver me about an hour before the gym.
 
3rd pin on Sunday. Waiting for signs that its in my system, I've read that this could be between 4-6 weeks for strength increase etc.
 
Exactly 21 days after the 1st pin I was hit with a bug.

Its flu like (aches, cold sweats, headache and no energy) but with a bad case of the shitz. Not eaten properly now for 5 days, needless to say no training either.

I've looked into test-e flu but I can't find anything that says about a stomach bug and all the articles seem to infer that test flu hits like 24 hours after the pin - not 3 weeks.

Flu like symptons are all but gone but still can't keep anything down so I'm off to the chemist.

Do you think it could be a reaction to the test? Seems very coincidental its at the start of the 3rd week.

Back to training on monday even if I have to do crack and use a cork!

Unlikely ... probably just a bug you caught ... the symptoms are too sever to really be Test flu ... and I have only ever experienced Test-Flu on Prop ... first it hurts like CRAZy after pinning, and then I get the flu ... test flu (I refer to it as Sust or Prop flu) withing 24 - 36 hrs after pinning ...without fail when I pin Sust or Prop. Any other ester I have used repeatedly (all except Suspension ... pinned it ONCE and I nearly pissed myself) has never given me any other symptoms except feeling GUUUUUDDDD!

Was kinda hoping it was so I'd know my gear is legit! :)

Well a few days off of week 4 I should feel it in my system. Feeling a bit better took some bung hole blockers and had something to eat.

Always remeber when takin AAS it will lower your immune system while on, and not to mention your injecting a foreign substance into your body so your body is just trying to fight it no worry though you should be good to go in no time
 
I think this gear is legit and is working.

My libido is definitely up, I've even been fancying the missus the past week

This is the best time to do mornin cardio on an empty stomach.

The body has no choice but to dip in fat Stores for energy.
 
7th pin so week 6. Getting sick of being told my gear is bunk, its making me paranoid.

Skin feels oily, I feel like my heart rate has increased, feel really great most of the time although I do flip my lid and sometimes feel low.

All in all I'm hoping the above (from what I've read) mean that's its working.
