Hi everyone! I am 34 woman and my stats are 145 pounds and 5'9. I have been working out naturally with diet and excercise for several years. Summer is here and I would like to shed some pounds. I wanted to try the HCG drops but my husband seems to think it is just a fad? However he has injectable HCG and would like to know if it would assist in any weight loss for me if I were to run it as a cycle?  Thanks for your input!

 Im 145lbs at 5'9".... I'd like to cut 15lbs off due to being out of the gym because of a boob job lol. So here is the problem at hand... Im almost a complete vegitarian! My husband says I need more protein. I tried his whey powder and it really isnt very good (ELITE WHEY). I love the atkins shakes if that matters??lol.  So this is my first cycle of anything and I want the best results possible, if anyone can help please do!! Lay out what I need to eat step by step meal by meal and I will surely take your advise! THANK YOU
