I can legally carry a gun, and have many times, but my mentality didn't change.

You're still blaming the gun for changing his mentality. Normal people's mentality doesn't change when they have guns.

I'm not blaming the gun itself, had he been carrying a bat or atazer he'd probably used that too, my point is a lot of people feel pretty damn invincible and like to start shit cuz they know they have a gun, you are not one of them and that is great but a lot do, thing like this are part of the reason why in CR you have to take a psychological evaluation to see if you mentally fit to carry a weapon or not before getting one.

Cosby upbraided poor black parents for buying their children expensive sneakers but not teaching them proper English.

"These people marched and were hit in the face with rocks to get an education and now we've got these knuckleheads walking around," Cosby said at the event.

"I can't even talk the way these people talk: 'Why you ain't,' 'Where you is' ... and I blamed the kid until I heard the mother talk," Cosby continued. "And then I heard the father talk. ...
