Nothing is Working!!!!

I have my diet,training plan and cardio in multiple forums here but shit is just out of control. I did what I was instructed to do and all I got was more run down and.no weight loss. Ive got 50 fucking pounds to lose. Unlimited gear...but everyone is telling me to get off. Ive been off test for 2 weeks waiting on it...on tren ace eod for 2 weeks. Hgh 4iu before bed. I feel bloated,my midsection is huge,im always shitting...4 times since midnight!!???? Wtf? And im barely clearing 2500 cals...what tge hell is happening to me? 1 week ago im 256.7lbs down to 254 2 days ago now im 257!!!! I h av ent cheated,im doing cardio and im training my ass off. Am I experiencing thyroid problems? Adrenal failure? Low test? Im a mess and shouldnt be....seriously help me!
 
well steroids isn't the answer for you first off. as people will tell you steroids do not help you lose weight.

i would tell you to run a full hormone panel but that would be pointless since you are 2 weeks off of AAS and we wouldn't get accurate results. i just wish you wouldn't of juiced to begin with and came to me and i would of put you on a diet to help you lose weight

Sounds like you have hgh bloat. Why not lay off the hgh for a little while and attempt a 24 hour fast to cleanse and re assess

ive done a 2 week colon cleanse. Thats it. Never cleansed liver,kidneys etc....is there a way to cleanse everything?

Bro AAS doesnt cause weight loss!! You know one thing that cause weight gain? Being stressed! Take some b12. You wanna loose you need diet and 20 miles ah week min.! You gonna gain mucle too so the more muscle u have the more fat u will loose but while builing muscle at the same time your weight will stay close which is what u want its not healthly to loose more than 2 lbs per week. Muscle weighs more than fat. You need to be eating 6 times ah day. Three meals three snacks keep motab up. Lay out your diet your body may not like carbs or fats this isnt an easy ride budd but your way too stressed

253 today doing exactly ad youvsaid. Lost 3 lbs literally since yesterday but i only had 50 g carbs today and 220protein. i look and feel better already. Yes I log now.
Did stevesmi recc. Of watermelon and sleepy green tea last night. No cardio today and heavy lifting with low carbs. Night and day difference. Im gonna get lean as.fuck.one way or another so if people want to criticize I dont need it. I gave up. We had a baby,ive bren suffering my ass off
With low test because I was trying to recover naturally. I tried pct and peptides. I used the triptorelin shot which really helped. But sure I thought as many do that aas would fire up the fat burning process. Help me out of a rut...its worked before! Butvanywats I let myself go while lifting heavy and got fatter. Fuck, is ANYONE WILLING TO TELL ME EXACTLY WHAT TO EAT?

4 x8-10 to failure

Incline barbell presses 3x4-6

SUPERSET:Incline hammer strength and incline db flys 6-8 reps each 3 sets of each-6 total

Slow-Superset: dips vs vertical cable flys 3x8-10 each

Just an instinctive session. Do what feels right but it is calculated and thought out as well

one is approved foods until I figure out a better outline and get your schedule mapped out
I'd be surprised if you could overeat any of the foods I've listed but its happened so keep up with your fitday log

you should loose an insane amount of water weight which is instantly gratifying and will feel good to you
im going to go against the grain here and say weigh yourself daily initially and log that on your fitday account too...it will help you know what causes water retention or slows you down
but only do that if you can be rational about it..if watching your weight go up two lbs makes you nuts...don't weigh yourself because its going to fluctuate

I forgot to add psyllium seed husk fiber to that...you need to add that too because id be willing to bet you don't eat near enuff greens on this
you can get sugar free metamucil if you have no other options
also...your whey protein, do me favor..pm me the brand and let me see if its complete crap

Bro your gonna be a lean monster!!! We'll get u thru it. I know exactly what u mean i was on the same boat had a kid stressed....... Went from 212 to 250! Then i started working my ass off again and got back so u can dooooooooooo it.

I'm 21 been fat almost all my life, I'm roughly 18% body fat at the moment
92kgs and 180cms.
Last year I was 115kgs and have since lost 23 kilos, which was a battle but I got there.

I think I have hit a plateau, I havnt gone up or down on the scales and have not seen any visible changes in the past 2months.

I train 6days a week, I do a 3day split, and do fasted AM cardio and abs on my off days.
Monday is back/legs
Wednesday is chest/tris
Friday is shoulders and bi's
While training I really do push myself to new limits and sweat my ass off, anyway I appreciate any feedback anybody can give me, thanks in advance :)

Guns i was passin by again. Im not sure what u use to log urself but if u have a smartphone theres an app called myfitnesspal and its easy to use and keeps my diet in check. for example I started diggin deeper into nutrient details and I've discovered that I get maybe 5% of the potassium I should be taking in which explains some issues I've had. And all from a free app. its huuuge in helping me keep my calorie deficit monitored so I don't jack my glycogen stores. I could go on and on. And theres similar ones out there but whats important is that u track urself.
