It seems like when I inject into delts (very deep, 2,5inch in to the end) after I inject and pull the needle out the oil starts coming out of the wound and it keeps leaking for about 1-2mins lol so I've got my whole arm oily .. I'm actually worried that I'm losing some of my gear this way? is this possible?

make sure you are not pinning too much (<1 ml) and its relaxed.
tmake sure you are hitting the right spot b/c a proper delt pin is an area a bit smaller than you might think.

I pull the skin to the side when I inject so that when I let it go, it seals itself up. Old doc trick
I prefer the little round band aids so bros look at me in the gym with that "he is on gear??? WTF??"

When I use a 23g needle can some but not when use a 25g

Yes. Of course you are losing gear. Don't just stand there while your gear flows out of your injection site. Apply pressure as you would a wound that was bleeding.
Are you injecting slowly... at least 30 seconds per ml? You should immediately massage the site after every injection as well. Helps with absorption. The pressure of the massage keeps the site from leaking oil or blood as well.

the OP hasn't been here in like 2 years. good post though.
people need to inject deeper and slower to give it a chance to absorb
