What REALLY Grows Muscle?

You state that with steroids the body is always in that state where it wants to turn protein into muscle, therefore the more the protein, the better and quicker the results?

i.e 50g protein per hour > 40g protein every 2.5 hours?

Not sure what you're asking, but from a practical standpoint, one must also consider the calories taken it.
 
What i'm trying to ask is if I should be taking 40-50g or protein every 2.5-3 hours or would it be more effective to take 40-50g of protein every hour.

The more the better though 50 grams an hour might be a bit impractical, though not impossible.
