Ladies waht's your favorite fat burner ?

Mrs_P

New member
Well I've tried a few, land so far I think my favorite is Forged Burner.
I love the appetite supressor effect & thermogenic effect, and the energy is clean, steady energy, no crashing feeling.

I take 1 capsule about 30 minutes before my workouts.
The bottle brings 60 capsules, so 1 bottle lasts me like 2 months.

Wondering what you ladies like ?

ECA, I like to go the cheap and effective route.
I take it a couple times a day, not on weekends.

My wife absolutely loves the aderillin.....she isnt hungry and had TONS of energy.

I've used ECA but it always makes me very jittery, but is really effective.

I have the nervous system of a bull, I don't get jittery at all. Similarly, caffeine has little to no effect on me. I was prescribed Ritalin and I tried it for a while but I felt absolutely nothing and didn't really notice any benefits so I stopped. I'm high strung and high energy on my own. I also used to abuse illegal stimulants so maybe that did something to me, spoiled me for regular stimulants.
I don't think proprietary blends would work for me, but I am sure they are great for other people.

I'm sensitive to stims myself, I can't have coffee late in the afternoon or I'll be up all night, for me so far Forged gives me just the right amount of stims, I do take it super early like at 7:00 before I workout.

You know Trex my oldest daughter has ADHD and when she was first diagnosed a few months ago, I researched meds for ADHD and read horroe stories about Ritalin, she's taking aderall now, but she's been off her meds for a month and half and is doing great without it, hopefully she will be able to come off the meds at some point. :)

I think the trick is just finding what works for the individual. My husband is ADHD as well (yes both of us are impulsive, forgetful, distracted, interrupt each other, hyperactive, prone to outbursts, daydreaming, unfocused-LOL!), and he does fine on the regular Ritalin, but anything with a sustained release gives him serious problems- memory loss, mood swings, extreme sloppiness in work- it's scary.
I am the kind of ADHD where I can get extremely hyperfocused in between total distraction if I am engaged in something that I enjoy, so I manage to get things done that interest me, so I'm not lost without medication. I just didn't notice any noticeable benefits or improvement while medicated. I didn't really want to keep trying different ones.
I'm actually giving the ECA a break for a week or so because I'm getting some blood tests done for my doctor, and just to be on the safe side I don't want to skew any results.

I've always been a fan of Forged Burner, 2 pills prior to cardio...but these days I am in LOOOOVE with my ECA stack. I replace the Aspirin with White Willow Bark though.

Yeah I just take a low dose aspirin with it (81mg)

I totally agree with you, it's really about finding what works for you, my daughter has been prescribed 3 different meds, one made her super slow & kinnda of down, another one didn't really make any improvements, so I kept searching & finally I think she found what works best for her..

But she's been doing really good for the past month a half, so me being as anti-meds as I am, I think I'm gonna give it a try & send her back to school without meds to see if she can do it.

You know it was so hard accepting she was being labed with this, I'm not closed minded at all, but we tried so many different techniques with her and kept trying to help her, untill we decided that we had done all we could & maybe the meds were the best choice.

I think we all have a little ADHD in us, I think if u can manage to do without meds, than "great for u" ADHD minds are brilliant minds :)

Best wishes for you Trex !
You are one smart Girl :)

Maybe I will give ECA another try in the future... and Girl 2 forged burners ?!
I think if I take 2 I would totally be like this:

I'm ready Baby, I'm ready .... Let's do this thing !!!!!!

Yeap, I agree, N2BM has a product for everyone, I also love N2Slin :)
I think I'm gonna be trying lipostim next.

Depends on where you are and if it is illegal or not. If it is legal where you are you could probably find it at any old supplement store. For example, where I am, you can buy 8 mg tablets OTC no problem. If it is illegal where you are, you're pretty much SOL unless you decide to go online somew here and break the law by importing it. You would have to decide whether you want to take that risk or not. I know I wouldn't.

For me two cups of coffee in the morning and two diet cokes around 1 and 3 pm....forged burner is a close 2nd

Coffee used to be my first choice too, I was quite the coffee addict, with forged I drink less than a cup a day, I drink it in the morning, more of a habit than anythig else.

have any of you tried VenEvol? I have some from orbit nutrition and it's great, but doesnt amke me juttery at all, I want somethng with a bit more thermogenesis, I used Dren in the past but am open to other stuff...

Hi guys, im completely new to this site and have a sorta related question... I tried out an ECA stack recently as had hit a total plateau on losing fat despite decent diet and working out 5/6 days/week. i was hoping for a bit of help from the eph, but i think the eph i had got was pretty underdosed as i felt no effects. the tabs were meant to be 50mg, and i got so convinced they were underdosed that i took like 5 at once after a few days still as part of a stack, just to see, and lo and behold, still no buzz!! so my question: i know this is a usa site, but im in the uk, and i wonder if either theres somewhere you could point me to to get some decent eph from in the uk, or if the site has a uk section where i can ask ppl?
also, i have used pseudo-eph in a stack before so have an idea of the effect an ECA stack would provide, but a couple of times when i was taking this supposedly 'proper' eph, i actually had to flake out of a work out cos i felt awful...light headed and weak as if i was having a massive low blood sugar crash, despite the usual pre-workout complex carbs. if the eph was working i could see why it might burn more energy and cause this crash, but as i said it didnt seem to be working. anyone got any idea what was going on?! it may have been a coincidence that this happened a couple of the times i took it, but it hasnt happened before when ive been working out with no supplements...

sorry this is quite long, id appreciate any help though! :)

I don't use a fat burner, I just use lots of exercise and good nutrition.

Jjtt...I think you are a girl after my own heart!! Since I'm
New and exploring some of these avenues, I just have to ask how safe fat burners are? Do they have any longterm effects on heart/liver, etc?

It depends on the ingredients.
Look for the active ingredient. It is often just caffeine in various forms (green tea, caffeine anhydrous), and vitamins- an expensive rip off.
However, some ingredients are unlabelled and illegal- you might be getting ephedrine in there which is not harmful in most cases- however think about how the fat burners work. They are supposed to have a thermogenic effect, which is basically raising your body temperature and making you sweat. In my opinion, that is not a sustainable loss because it is not burning fat, t is making you lose water weight.
Stimulants in general raise your blood pressure.
Some fat burners also have diuretics in them again just water weight.
Clenbuterol is dangerous, and can enlarge your heart. This is not something you would want, because it can lead to heart failure, your heart will not spring back into shape, it would be permanently "baggy" and stretched out.
If you look at the ads and read them critically, you will see that they always recommend an accompanying rigid diet and exercise program, and results are "not typical".

Great post..didnt expect any less from you. ;). Have you heard of Tonalin CLA? The guy at the Vitamin Shoppe (which I really question their knowledge as I worked at GNC when I was in college and I didn't know crap) really suggested it.

Yes, I have used it and for me, it was not anything great- I did not notice any additional fat burning qualities. I used the Tonalin CLA and made sure to use the recommended dosage. In my experience diet aids do not work. Hoodia does have a mild appetite suppressant, but that is useless for growing muscle, as you have to feed your muscles.
The only supplements that I personally think are worth taking are Whey Protein, Calcium with Vitamin D, Fish oil from a small fish source(sardines, anchovies, krill), and certain other ones for specific conditions. (ie. digestive enzymes, psyllium, magnesium, B vitamins etc.)
But that is just my own experience, and you may find that you wish to try certain supplements for yourself.
If you are leaning toward burning off fat, you may want to try a Paleo diet, you will lean out with that as long as you are happy with a totally grain free diet. It works for me.

Trex I took maximuscle thermobol for the first week it had some affect but very little then week two had no affect Like you I used to abuse stimulants in my younger days maybe because of this my body gets immune .
I'm going to look up these eca's maybe give them a try unless you could recommend something that you think may be better.

Thanks.

ladies the real answer to that question is
do 30-45 min cardio in the morning on a carb depleated stomach
( cardio is done walking and also remember to position it on a incline)
i assure you that if you follow this you will see some crazy results

I do my running during the week carb depleted, but on my long runs I have breakfast a couple hours before because I go for over one and a half or two hours, and on an empty stomach it begins to feel like I'm doing the zombie shuffle ;)
I never found walking to be much of a fat burner. But then I walk my dog for 2 x 30-45 minute walks every day anyway, so I guess I'm just used to it.
I think evrybody is different, and you just have to find what works for you. For me, the fat burning happens when I don't eat grains and run about three miles four days a week with one longer (ten miles and over) run on Sundays.

I agree with you jjtt on the walking I do easy three miles each day with my dog and doesn't seem to burn much.
My favourite burner is cycling I love it I used to do allot of running in my younger days now find it do hard as I developed asthma in my last year of senior school and I've never managed to control it under exertion so I tend to keep to cycling at a steady pace.

Fat Burning Power Of Phenterex

Phenterex works as a FAT BURNER to help you easily reshape your body. Phenterex also works to increase your Fat Metabolism. This helps increase your energy levels and helps speed up the fat burning process.

Another key element is Phenterex's ability to Inhibit Fat. Clinically proven key ingredients can help block fat cells from even forming. Helping to keep your shape at its best.

There are also added special ingredients that help Phenterex work as an appetite suppressant. Eating fewer calories at each meal has a major impact on your weight loss.

I know I'm new to here but has anyone tryed d4 the guys at gnc told me to buy it but what some more input on it

The main ingredient in D4 is caffiene, a mix of white willow bark and yohimbe. I would check out some of the fat burners through needtobuildmuscle.com as they'd be better quality and less money. Just my 2 cents...:)

FINAFLEX PRO Xanthine. Not good for people who don't handle caffeine well, but gives me TONS of energy, MORE focus, and loss in that troubled belly fat. I take for 6 weeks (2 on, 1 off) 5 days a week. Sometimes I take it in the morning and sometimes and hour before my work out. Not good to take late at night because you won't sleep. I've tried about 6 different fat burners including Lipo black-6 and THIS is most effective only need one pill!

Old school hydroxycut then hydroxycut hardcore were the BOMB. I miss it

Nowadays I like oxyelite pro...but EC stacks are my go-to

One thing this thread should have incorporated is A POLL! Whoever is most knowledgable on female burners, post a new thread with the most popular OTC fat burners (OTC ONLY... ABSOLUTELY NO STEROIDS). I want to start doing research, as I am sure many others do, for my wife but first I want to see what the most popular fat burners are that women have used and then out of the top winners.. I will research, thanks.

You can try this as well :

Chromium: Chromium is a mineral that is required for normal fat, protein, and carbohydrate metabolism in the body. With the help of chromium, hormonal insulin moves glucose into the blood cells. Chromium supplement help building muscles and lose weight. Although, it is especially helpful to those who are suffering with diabetes, many people use it for weight loss as well.

These adderlin pills have it all...the weight loss and appetite suppression is nice, but I love them because they give me a sunny outlook, and good focus and energy to get out and about during the day.

Vanadyl Sulfate, Chromium and plain ol' ECA are my go to. Tried Clen, felt like my heart was going to explode. Plus, I feel like ECA is less muscle wasting, personally. Just my opinion, though.
