oh yeah... forgot to add... will be back with a special AAP lottery too. Win my spoiled and soiled undies that I have worn in three states, FL, TX, CA now. ziplocked for freshness.
Also, win a bunch of protein powder (unopened) too that I have. I swore off all protein powders about 9 months ago... any powdered shit really. Whey, NO, pre work, etc... along with caffeine and I have never been better. If you stuck in a rut, clean this shit out of your diet and you will see a big improvement/.
But have quite a stock of Beverly still left over. Lucky winners will get a tub of it.

I think I had an update go wrong. All of my programs disappeared, lost all of my pics of Q, etc. Supposedly it's an easy fix but I haven't had the time to take it in.
system restore yet? (start > all programs > accessories > system tools > system restore)

My entire eating habits have changed completely now. I am not eating as much as I used too and find I really don't need to anyway.
