like emperor it was hell yesturday... Ran 3 miles at 730am and I started getting dizzy at mile 2... thought i was going to have a heat stroke..... then came the thunderstorms... it stayed blazing hot... UGH
But today... AMAZIng!!!!!!! 76 degrees , Cool Wind and humidity dropped by half!!

Trex,so you like volleyball? I like it, especially sand volleyball, its more challenging.
I love volleyball too. When I was in college (many moons ago) we used to play "walleyball" which was volleyball in a racketball court and you can use the walls, as well. It was great!!

a) Yes, it works for me very nicely. I work with great people, and it's pretty low stress.
b) In terms of a bowl of ice cream, yes of course, the bigger the better.
c) Running, volleyball, working out, walking my dog, reading, cooking, shopping, watching movies.

Yeah, I'm on a beach volleyball team, we play in the sand. I was subbing for a different team last night too.
Just have to pay attention on foot placement a bit more, it's easy to twist an ankle by accident.
LOTS of scrapes and bruises too, lol I'm black and blue at any given time

B) IMO, it's not how much ice cream is in a bowl, it's quality over quantity that matters to me. There is another deeper topic of size? I believe it does not take a gifted "tool" to work it's magic , it's how you perform the magic!!!
C) playing football, soccer, any sport basically, I'm athletic like that.
NFL, world cup soccer, tv!! Fishing, camping, and I love to cook!!!
