Hey all,
Before I start just to let you all know I've done all the re-search about effects at a young age using AAS!!!

Please dont post anything like that.

I've received my dianabols at 10mg a tab. I'm going to start on 30mg a day for 6 weeks,

I'm 16 years of age at 6.2' 92kg

I've been training for about 15 months, during training I dropped 20kg which I didn't like.

So it's time to bulk up again.

I wanted to ask if you guys have any tips for me on this that I haven't yet maybe found out?

What kind of gains am I looking at?
I mean at a young age my body is producing natural test I know this,

But with dbols what would I reach/gain!

I suppose you won't listen to anything i have to say but i wish you would wait until you're 21 or older,and sorry you will get no advice here and anyone who i see does will get banned, it's not helping it's a cop out!
 
u wont gain anything...if ur 16 and not making gains from working out you obviously dont eat right or train right.

You do NOT need dbol or any other steroid at your age! You have so much going for you with natty test. Like hayez said... If you aren't gaining at 16 then you aren't eating or training correctly. Get your diet and training down and after AT LEAST five years, come talk to us. I also get the feeling that you "know everything there is to know" and will do what you want but I strongly advise you to listen to us and wait

Well my calorie intake is at about 2000-2500, I train Intense at 6am for a solid Hour heavy weights! My diet may not be 100% but I won't say it's crap either! And yes I'm getting gains.

If you can't help me with that then maybe you guys could tell me what my test is at for a 16 year old training??

I can tell you this, its high, so much that i have trained several 16 yr olds ,i have several to go from around 130lbs to over 200lbs in less than 2 yrs,their bench that was barely 100lbs also went to close to 400lbs during that time, You have to have a plan and learn to time your feedings into your extreme training routine.


I can just about bet you're not even close to any of this!

(thats to put it short). you might think that running a pct in your cycle might help it wont. you might say fu*k it im tall enough... but what you dont know is that your bones stop absorbing calcium when you introduce that shit at such a young age. and you deff should know what that means. also if your lost weight training that 2000 to 2500 calories is deff not enough. you prob have a crazy high metabolism so with the way your eating your gonna see gains but your gonna loose them all when you get off the juice guaranteed believe me ive been there.

get off the shit before you hurt your body and the effects are irreversible. you might look good now but the second you hit 35 40 and you have to take meds cuz your back is starting to arch itll be to late. you may think these are the best days in your life and have fun now and pay later but believe me your wrong. get off the shit and go talk to your gym teacher about your eating habit and workout routine im sure they can be a big help. cuz you are deff not gonna get anymore help from anyone on this site.

This is great advice.

And at 16 your natural T production should be running a muck I can PROMISE you if you put as much research as you did into your Dbol research, and just apply that to a great strict diet you will look great. Then 5 years from now you will look completely different and be proud to say you built it all natural THEN after 5 years you can decide if you wanna go that route.

Exactly, You are producing more test now at your age than Hayez and I are combined? You are going to screw up your natural test levels by introducing a substitute in your system. What this does is in your case it DECREASES your natural test and can screw with your growth platelets if you abuse it. Hope this helps.
 
Bro, the best thing you can do is listen to what people here are telling you. They arent lying to you, they are trying to help you before you mess up your endocrine system, possibly for life. Read up on some stuff here, there is alot of very good info. Go to the diet and training sections and read, read, and then read some more. Also, the mods know their stuff and are just a pm away.

Coming from an ethnic background it doesn't help with my diet either so it's hard for me, does anyone know how I mean???
 
I found a fantastic article on why you shouldn't use dbol at you're age!

" my opinion, the most detrimental thing that could happen is the stunting of growth plates. During adolescence the growth plates are not set, and foreign testosterone will very easily halt the entire process. What does this mean? This means that if you are 6'2" right now, then you will always be 6'2"., The other complications involve extreme bone pain, as not all of your growth plates may set. Some may set, and others may not, it's a big gamble not worth taking. This is not to mention the liver toxicity, vascular damage, kidney damage, and joint problems."

honestly you saying that means you shouldn't be on the dbol. lol guy if you dont eat right you will have bigger problems than not keeping your gains try liver disease and kidney failure.

btw if you have a hard time eating fatty foods read the sides of dbol if you dont take it right.

honestly you seem like a smart kid who knows how to do his reading but your purposely ignoring everything that you've read about taking juice at a young age because you think it wont be so bad.

i think you have never lifted a weight in your life and you want to get big and you want to do it fast. if you lost 44lb from training tell me what you do so i can write a book on it and make millions guy your 16 years old that would have taken you 3 months unless you starved yourself which means sorry to say it itll come back and hard especially if your on dbol. im not talking muscle im talking fat.

do you even know what your doin when you walk in the gym? im not saying this to make fun of you it jus cuz i really didn't at that age.

if ya wanna get big you need to do a few simple things:

1) think of why your doing it if its for any reason other than yourself its wrong!!!!!
-if its for a girl shes gonna leave you in a few weeks anyways.. lol and after she realizes you cant get hard shes cuz your taking dbol shes not only gonna leave u shes gonna laugh and make fun of u.
-if its for sports you more likely to get a joint injury while on the juice so say goodbye to any dreams you had to play college sports or even playing as a senior in high school thats what happened to me bye bye football scholarship
-if its to get back at the guy that picks on you if your bigger they will jus get their friends (join a martial art like kick boxing they will even tech you how to lift eat and train)

2) kick the juice honestly i know your gonna hate to do it but i think itll hurt your gains more than help. like it really will ask anyone other than your friends and the guy you got it from. really cuz either your gonna get big and loose it all cuz you dont know what your doing or your gonna become a butter ball cuz your gonna start eating so much after reading these post cuz you dont know what your doin. or worse you take so much cuz your not getting the results you want and you end up killing yourself

3) get a trainer
4) get a trainer
5) get a trainer

if you do those 5 things i guarantee you will put on some nice mass.


honestly i normally dont give 2 shits but your young and have a whole life to live, i jus hate to see you make the same mistake i did.

Look man I've Been FAT pretty much all my life and really really gets to me. I see Everyone at the beach in the summer while I sit at home because I'm so very shy of taking my shirt off.
It get depressing, very depressing.

Is there anything legal that's isnt so bad to help me boost my way up?

It sounds like immature talk but all you Guys honestly can't tell me you've also thought like im talking now? Any help with that would be greatly appretiated
 
what we are all getting at is you dont need anything to get there fast you body will do it for u cuz your so young. half the guys here would kill go go back and train at you age. your natural test is through the roof.

but if the mods ok it and you dont take that juice and you switch your thread to diet & Bodybuilding ill help and im sure everyone on here will to

I built natural most of my life and have gotten good gains. You need protein in your diet....minimal is 1 gram of protein per lb of body fat. Recommended is 1 to 2 grams of protein per pound of body fat. And you need lots of water. You are 16 dude...and I'd kill to have the amount of testosterone you have in your body right now!

I'm 47, and I built my muscle the right way. I'm 6' 225 lbs, but when I was your age, I barely weighed 165 lbs. That's a normal 16 year old. I am just now gonna take my first cycle this summer, but dude, I have been in the gym the last 5 years, and I am ready for it.

You need more calories and more protein in your diet, and you should be eating 5-7 times a day small meals and nutritious snacks and drinking some protein shakes, eating fish and chicken and red meat.

The one thing you do not need is dbol. Wait till you are an old geezer and need it. Not at 16!

Listen to these guys. I am 47 and still need advice from more experienced body builders, and these guys on this site are the most knowledgeable and helpful dudes you will find.
 
when i was 16 i weighed 122 pounds. my junior year of high school i competed in the 129 weight class in weightlifting.

people want to become men and skip being a teen, it doesn't work like that. we aren't the Roman Empire where people live to 30 years old.

you've got your whole life ahead of you to pump iron and get big. there are guys at my gym in their 40's and even 50's who are jacked. that is years of building a base and busting their butts.
 
If someone suggests not using steroids at 16 it isn't because they're discriminating against you because of your age or that they don't think you're mature or deserving. It's because using steroids at that age can really mess up your reproductive system. Believe me, being sterile for life isn't worth the 5 extra pounds you'll have for a month or two.

Hey Mick,

I am sure you're extremely frustrated, and I know there are a lot of people on EF who have overcome some of the obstacles you're facing with and without AAS.

The one thing I'll say is that a lot of us would kill to have what your body is making naturally on its own right now. It's far better than anything you will come across (especially D-Bol) and the sad part is that if you choose to jump the gun you will shut all that natural stuff down.

I know you know all the other side effect stuff, so I won't belabor that point. I will just emphasize that at your age you won't even get the outcome you want on the AAS path.

It's not hopeless. Find yourself a really good trainer, and if you don't like the first one find another. You have a ton of people here willing to help you on your way.

There's no secrets or tricks to getting big fast. You just gotta put in work, stay dedicated, and with time the size will come. One of my favorite quotes "If the shit is easy, it's not worth doing."

I would kill to go back to 16 and lift with the LITTLE(I said it) knowledge I have now. It's cool that you're interested in steroids and it's probably not a bad thing you're soaking up the knowledge now. I really suggest you take most of that time and soak up knowledge on the core principles of the iron game and apply them though.
 
I would suggest some whey protein, maybe a little creatine monohydrate and let all the test your bodys producing do its thing. I started too early as well I was supposed to be 6 2 or so I'm about six foot and thats just the effects that you can see who knows what kind of damage I did on the inside, its actually an uncomfortable thought, eventually you have to pay the piper someway or another. Look into the products I suggested, do some research, talk to people who know what there talking about. When you turn 21 if you still decide to use anabolics you will be better prepared to put together a cycle and understand why these chemicals work they way they do. Just my deuce

I woke up for the gym this morning, as I looked as myself in the
Mirror lifting weights I looked closely and noticed what a change I have made naturally! And that yes I am building muscle,

I'm having someone on here help me out with it all,

What to do with the dbols now

store them in a cool dry place, (not the fridge) and they will be good for up to 5-6 yrs
 
don't you have weightlifting in your school? you should have a gym as well and its open all summer (as it was for me) i would go in there and find some people your size and work out together. yeah you will have to fight with the football jocks but they will welcome you with open arms once they see you are busting your butt ED.

I was a skinny guy all throughout childhood , I would say the year between my sophomore year and junior year was when i started noticing muscle development for the first time. i started out working out in my parents garage with spare weights, then the local civic center, then i joined the weightlifting team my junior year of high school and then by my senior year I was county champ and 8th in my state in my weight class. all natural, didn't even take any supps
