My katanadrol cycle log

First off, I want to thank NeedtogetAAS for putting this cycle together for me. I'm a fairly new member here and had good results from phytoserms, so I figured I'd take the next step and do my first run of a very mild steroid.

Here is the stack:
1-6 katanadrol 200mg every day spread out
1-6 need2slin 1 cap 3 times a day 30 mins before meals ( morning noon and night optional not a must but a perfect add)
2-6 bridge 2 caps 3 times a day bridge


PCT portion of the cycle
weeks of the cycle:
6-10 Unleashed and post cycle 1 cap 3 times a day of each
8-12 phytoserm-347 1 cap am and 1 cap pm
6-12 forma-stanzol 5 pumps am and 5 pumps pm.

Training history:
I'm 44 and have been lifting off and on since I was about 19, so 25 years. I wasn't going to make a log but I'm 2.5 weeks in and I am really liking the effects so far so I figured I'd make a log.

Here are my weight numbers before I started the cycle on 31 of March, typically 4-7 reps.

EZ bar curls: 95
DB Hammer curls: 55's
Alternate DB Curls: 30's
Cable Curls: 140
Leg Press: 720 (900x 1)
Squat: 295
Standing Calf raise: 365

Lat Pull down: 265
CG lat pulldown: 187.5 (175)
CG bent over rows: 4 sets 235
BB bent over rows: 185
Deadlift: 315 x 2
BB shrugs: 335x10

Hammer Bench Press: 275
Incline flies 55's
Flat Flies: 70's
DB Shoulder Press: 40's
DB Front lateral raise: 15's

Triceps narrow grip Bench Press EZ bar: 125

Stats
Arm: 17 1/2"
Chest: 49"
Thigh: 27"
Stomach: 38.5"

Goals: To lean up some and put on some quality lean mass.
 
After taking my first katanadrol, I felt it. Sure I've had placebo effects before from various supplements, but this was different. Of course I had the euphoric rush from taking my first steroid, which was probably a placebo. But then at the gym I tore it up. I had a sense of well being and confidence that rivaled the PEAK of phytoserms. I had been missing it since I finished my bottle of phyto. So things felt good, and I had a great workout.

Then about the 3rd day in, something crazy happened. I got a mid afternoon semi. I'm just going to be blunt here, my dick has been half dead for about 4 years now. In my late 30's I needed sex every day, and shot huge loads. In fact, my loads were so huge if I didn't ejaculate for 3-4 days, the pain in my lower abdomen would be insane. I don't know where sperm is stored but its not in your nuts. My belief is that semen is stored somewhere in your lower abdomen, but I could be wrong. Anyhow, after the big 4-0 my sex drive declined a bit, every other day was fine. Another year later, every 3 days sometimes, every 2 days sometimes. Long story short, at 44 once every 4-7 days is where I'm at now. And the size of my loads has decreased too. I don't get the lower abdomen pains from too much semen. I don't HAVE to have sex or cum, I don't give a shit.

Well, katandrol has changed that. Almost immediately. About 4-5 days in I was needing sex every other day again, and every time I cum, the loads are gigantic again. Not to mention I can screw for an hour and not lose my hard on, just like old times. That is another side effect of aging, I have to cum fairly fast or I lose my wood and it's over. In my twenties and thirties I never had that bullshit problem. I screwed for an hour if I felt like it, without loss of wood, and usually these long sex sessions would result in the best orgasm. So as father time has stolen my manhood, Katanadrol has helped me reclaim it. Currently I'm blasting huge loads every day or two. Talk about self esteem RESTORED! Not to mention a rock hard big cock. I swear my dick has shrunk the last 5 years too. It's back to full glory and hard as hell. Steroids are good things my friends.

Also every since day one, I've had a confidence. I get out of bed easier, and I FEEL LIKE WORKING! Since 40 or so, it's been hard to work or focus. I'm not lazy or anything, I used to work 80 hour weeks 7 days a week all the time, and loved it. I'm self employed so I don't have to go to work, I don't have to do anything. That said, when motivation is lacking, its hard for me to do a whole lot. I go through the motions, etc. Well katanadrol has restored my desire to WORK HARD. I have been cleaning my house after getting home from a long day of work and a brutal workout. I'm doing those bullshit things you put off for years and years now. Its like I can't wait to do more! I feel like a machine again, instead of a lazy sack of shit.

Now on to the gains and such. After two weeks Here is where I'm at:

Measurements:
Arm: 17 3/4"
Chest: 50 1/8"
Leg: 27 1/8"
Stomach: 38 5/8"
Weight: 218

Now on the stomach... NeedtogetAAS told me to eat everything in sight... but I don't think the gear was fully kicking in yet. So that first week my gut exploded to over 39". So I switched gears to a mild cutting phase, and got my gut back down to 38 5/8" and I'm a bit carb depleted right now, but still showing huge gains, and have my stomach about back to where it was when I started. I'm feeling the gear kicking in and getting stronger now, so I can probably up my calories and carbs a bit very soon. I want to chisel off a little more fat first though. Also my initial weigh in was wearing sweat pants and a sweatshirt, but now it's warmed up so I weigh in wearing shorts and a tank, so probably a couple pounds there.

Anyhow, I'll start logging my workouts and hopefully can post some pics.
 
Thanks for the pornographic story I guess ,lol. I do a lot of track running. Do you think this katanadrol would help me to hold on to my muscle while I do cardio?? basically , I was wandering if this katanadol is comparable to winny

Sorry for that. I was wondering about it after I posted... lol.. but for a guy who was pretty sexually active and then watch it decline year after year... well I'm pretty excited to be back in business in the sex drive and functionality department.

I'm pretty sure it's similar to winstrol, but it has something added/removed so it doesn't make your cholesterol levels worse.

Strong workout. Nice strength increases considering I'm at maintenance or below on calories.

Also, the testes are the sight for numerous nerve endings, which allows pain that is stemming from that area to creep up into your adbominal cavity.

I know exactly what you mean........not blowing a load for 3-4 days bloats me and gives me that same constant pain in the lower abdomen.

Anyway, besides the male reproductive lesson, I'll be following this closely, want to hear more about katandrol!

Thanks for the info! I only posted that shit because for me, that was a way of saying "This stuff really works". If this is just a mild anabolic steroid, then wow, I've been missing out on life training natty for 25 years! I mean even if I don't grow much on this, just rolling the clock back 10+ years on how I feel and perform in and out of the gym is amazing to me. And the strength seems to really be kicking up!

Just did a night time jog. Starting to crank calories up, hopefully running 3-4 times a week will keep the fat away.

Katana and Helladrol are some of the stronger prohormones around, I've heard that they are comparable to mild AAS and it looks like you are comfirming!

Probably not, but this is my first run and it will last 6 weeks at 200mg without spending another 90 bucks. The cycle and pct cost over 250 so my checkbook needs to recover for a while before I spend any more, lol. It's really just starting to kick in so I don't think I need 250mg.

Awesome brutal session. The mini cut is over and I'm packing on some size again. Still going to keep the cardio up probably 3-4x a week to keep fat gains minimized. The blue #'s are PR's for me.
 
Being on Katanadrol and Need2Slin you should still be losing fat if youre doing cardio 3-4x a week with a pretty solid diet man; awesome way to pack on some size while shedding a few.

We'll see. I've upped my calories a bit now as per needto's advice so I doubt I'll be losing any fat, but hopefully maintaining, but putting on some new size.

Good workout. The gym closed early so I didn't have time to do everything I wanted, but I got a PR on tbar rows. I wasn't feeling it on deadlift but next time I'll use 295 for reps.

The only sides I've experiences so far are some back pain at night if I take the katanadrol too close to bed time. I drink a boat load of water and fall asleep and its gone when I wake up, but still it's annoying so I'm taking the katanadrol meals 1-4 and none on meals 5 and 6.

I started the bridge and seem to have gotten the shits ever since I started on that. Not sure if its bridge or some random flu or something I ate... but I'm going to stop it for a few days until the runs go away and then resume sometime next week to see if it reproduces itself.

Definitely growing and getting stronger. My muscles feel SO hard when on the katanadrol. It's like when I'm washing myself it feels like an alien body I'm washing down, I'm not used to this rock hard mass everywhere!

I mostly want stregth and endurence gains.. tell me do you have any signs of liver stress= loss of appetite ,lethargy ,itchy skinn , flush feeling , pain in upper abdomin ? Also did you see noticable result at the end of first week. I am curious ,is this is a fast working steroid?

I think 2 weeks is the magic number for most of these types of products as far as gaining goes. But you ought to see some incresed strength and endurance within the first week if thats your goal.

I had some back pain a couple of nights where I took the katanadrol too close to bed time. Chugged some water and went back to sleep and it went away. Since then I haven't got it as long as I take my last one about 3+ hours before bed I'm ok. Maybe some SLIGHT abdomen pain here and there a few times.

Other than that I have more energy than normal, more ambition, sex drive is rolled back to about 1999! Getting strong as hell, but I'm not putting on any size really. I gain strength pretty steadily anyway, but I can tell it's faster than normal.

For me about the end of week 2 and start of week 3 the strength really started cranking up. Endurance is rock solid too.

Last night there was a thunderstorm and one of my dogs was barking the entire time... so I didn't get to sleep until 2 hours after my normal bed time. Then today I had to work outdoors and it was cold and nasty, working in the cold always robs me of energy... so I took today off. It's fine, my schedule allows for either tuesday or wednesday off, so now I just train the next 3 days and I'm good.

Calves are a little sore from yesterday. Mission accomplished! I'm hoping to get them up to 17" this year so I'm hitting them hard and heavy. They are starting to grow :)

I ran out of time and skipped shrugs. Good thing deads hit the traps a bit. Regardless I'll probably train them tomorrow to make up for it.

My abdomen on the side has been kind of giving me some dull pain now for almost a week and my back sometimes. I think this must be some kidney stress from these orals. I went to walmart and grabbed some hawthorn berry and milk thistle, hopefully those will help.

It's not severe, but I take my health pretty seriously so it makes me want to abort the cycle, lol. I thought Katanadrol was non methylated but I read somewhere it is but just not as harsh as others. Anyhow hopefully those supps will help get rid of that dull ache. I'd like to finish the cycle for sure. Other than that no real sides, just all positives. I'd rather have some acne or roid rage than kidney pain though!! lol

Ran out of time again. At least I'm getting some PR's. Looking totally huge too, loving it. The fat grips seem to be giving my forearms some new development which is nice.

The ache in my side (liver) persisted all day. Finally at night after my third dose of milk thistle and hawthorn berry it seems to have lightened up a bit, so maybe the milk thistle is kicking in. If it doesn't continue to improve I'm aborting the cycle and starting PCT. I just can't imagine having some liver problem over minor gains I'm getting.

I mean, the gains in strength are pretty nice, and I'm looking fuller for sure. It is working. I don't want to quit the cycle early but it feels like I got kicked in the side and it bothers the hell out of me that its a vital organ there... so I just want to be healthy and safe.

I definitely like gear though. I might just try HRT from my doctor next time since I like the effects of katanadrol. Hopefully the pain goes away and I can complete my cycle, the weights I'm using are getting pretty sick!

Good workout. I think I am ready for my 350x1 squat attempt, lol. In fact I feel like I could do 400, 320x4 was lightweight baby!!!

The last couple days I've lowered my dose of katanadrol to 150 and 100 mg and have been slamming the milk thistle and the pain is basically gone. Today I'll try 200 mg again and see how it goes.

Oral PH's are especially liver toxic because of the formulas and capsules they come in. If your looking for non toxic, go injectable
 
milk thistle generally takes a week or 2 to kick in. ive always started it 2 weeks b4 i go on cycle. keep up the good work man.
