Comcast Cable Of Detroit SUCKS

Just wondering if anyone else has had bad service when dealing with these people. i must have called twenty times and no results. Sure they sound like they want to help on the phone but they do nothing to cure the problem.

The problem this time is channels 267 (Fox Soccer Channel) and 268 (GOL TV) both have pictures so bad that they go black and they back to colored static.

Well I just wanted to rant thanks to all.

Thanks, but the funny thing is that all the other channels are good to go except those two.

I moved into a house almost 3 years ago and I've been trying to get them out there because it was new construction so there was no cable ran to the house, even tho there is a box.

3 years later, after calling and calling and calling, I'm still using Dish Network. I just called three weeks ago and they never came, or called to connect my service.

They are the absolute worst ! I guess they dont want my money and want me to keep giving it to dish network instead.

I just wish I would not lose my signal every time a storm rolls by.

Comcast sucks.

yea we have comcast here too and ONLY comcast unless, like yourself, get satellite. they do suck, it seems the only way to get them to come out to the house is to not pay the bill. they come REAL quick to cut it off.

They give out good deals only for so few months and then they dont want to work with you on a new, good price for your package, because its all reserved for new customers. After a couple of months trying to get a decent price, I switched to WOW and then called to cancel Comcast. Oh, boy, were they quick to ask if its too late to do something about my displeasure with them. But sadly, it was too late

I went without internet for 2 months because even if they did come out to fix it, they never did solve the issue. I finally fixed it myself.

What sucks is that Comcast is the only cable available to me here. It's almost like they have a monopoly so why should they care about competing? Thus makes them lazy and carefree.

Back when I was wanting to switch to digital and receive a few more channels I checked into upgrading with Comcast only to find that they are MUCH more expensive than a dish.

Botttom line, Comcast sucks. I will only use them as a last resort now.

Just go to Comcast's website. Half the functions don't even work. Plus it's poorly laid out.
That says a lot about the kind of company they are.
