What is the best MULTI vitamin supplement for bulking?

Hello, is there any vitamin pack in particular you can take for bulk, not multi v, just one vitamin to buy alone that helps bulking along with protein shakes while lifting heavy, thank you.

Multi-vitamins, or any vitamins in particular won't make you bulk. They are a good thing to keep you healthy and supplement your body with the necessary nutrients, but they will not make you bulk or prevent you from bulking. If I were you, I would not use a single vitamin, since most of them will work best when combined with other vitamins and minerals. The best multi-vitamin product I know of is Ruthless 3D because unlike many other products, it has the forms of minerals that have the optimal absorption rates.

A good multivitamin is something I take and recommend but it will not help you bulk. It will fill in some of the vitamin and mineral gaps form your diet. The one I use is Ruthless 3D from n2bm.com because it was designed for athletes. It also contains the chelated form of the minerals for maximum absorption.

If you want to bulk you just need to be in a caloric surplus and training hard.

minerals and vitamins are very critical for our bodies and it is very difficult to locate deficiencies.. the most common one that we fail to get even if we follow a strong diet is actually magnesium.. this is why i use a liquid magnesium daily

no they don't make you bulk directly, but they are needed to build muscle and recover!! proper nutrition and sleep is crucial

The biggest thing to look for when shopping for a multivitamin is what form the minerals are in. Most supplement companies use mineral oxides in their multi vitamin products because they are cheap. The problem with that is they only have a 2-4% absorption rate. Take magnesium or zinc as an example. Most multivitamins will have the forms of 'magnesium oxide and zinc oxide' listed.

What you want are amino acid chelates. You want to see 'magnesium amino acid chelate and zinc amino acid chelate'.

Check ruthless 3d from n2bm.com. It only contains amino acid chelated minerals. It also has higher dosages of B vitamins, vitamin C and vitamin E. It was formulated with the hard training athlete in mind.
