Vanadyl Sulfate + Chromium vs or w/ ALA

Superman's Baby

I will start taking r-ala next week. However, I have been doing some reading on vanadyl sulfate + chromium and dispite some of the slander out there about vanadyl sulfate + chromium being toxicity inducing metals and all...I still want to give them a try. The question is...Vandayl Sulfate + Chromium and r-ala are different chemical components but have similar insulin affecting properties...which one is better? If both have their own seperate benefits, then should Vanadyl Sulfate + Chromium be takin strictly seperatly from r-ala or can they be taken togather and at what modified doses...if at all modified.

I think you are on the right track as there should be synergy but I don't have definitive answers - another ingredient in the mix one could consider, is the cinnamon extract MHCP, or about a teaspoon of plain cinnamon powder

using all three is such overkill

+ vanadryle is just a toxic - mildy active substance

stick with the ala - more more results just raise dosages

I hear almost everyone screaming: VANADYL IS TOXIC!!!!!!
But its not at controlled and measured doses and does have a noticeable effect on the body when taken at just the right dose.

Anyway, can someone please answer my question! Thanks.

vanadyl accumulates in the bones and major organs over time - so taking your 'controlled' doses could lead up to toxic levels very quickly - and why use a potentially toxic insulin mimic or sensitizer anyway when there all better and cheaper alternatives like chromium, ala, metformin
