Dosage of AI for cycle???

5'10, 200 lbs, 12-14% bf, 26 yrs

I am about to start: I want solid gains, minimal water retention
1-10 Test Cyp 200mg Mon/Thursday
6-11 Anavar 50mg ed
HCG weeks 5-11 500iu wk
Nolva, Adex, Sustain, Unleashed for PCT

My question is what's a good dosage for Adex with the amount I'm taking??
.25mg ed?? .25mg eod?? Or should I just use later in the cycle??

.25 EOD would most likely be just fine while on. Ur cycle is pretty light so should be gtg

Your cycle looks pretty decent. You shouldnt base your use of an AI on water retention with just the test as long as you watch your salt keep your diet good and drink alot of water you shouldnt see much water retention. Personally I wouldnt use adex until you are having a problem, you want some water retention and estrogen is anabolic. Drop that nolva in your PCT too

ya thats fine could go with .5mg ED on your PCT

THE 0.25MG of ARIMIDEX should be fine with your dosages.
I would run the ANAVAR the 10 wks with your TEST.

Looks good bro! i would go .25 dex eod on cycle from the start and deff only use the nova on cycle incase a gyno issue comes up.
Other then that it looks like it will be a nice cycle! good luck
