: Ive noticed when I do my bench routine, Ihave problems on finishing my last set,
: which is normal, but I also notice 1 hour later Im not sore and the next day Im not
: sore either. Everyone else I know gets atleast a little sore, so whats wrong with me
: Is it my muscles or the way I lift? If Im not sore maybe I should be working out
: 2 times a day instead of 1nce a day.
: I figure if Im not sore im not going to see any gains?
: Any advice?

I wouldn't worry too much about soreness...I'ts not that great of an indicator that you have actually stimulated growth. One of the guru's could go into a speech on motor neurons, fiber recruitment, etc, etc, but I would just look at the bottom line. ARE YOU GETTING PROGRESSIVELY STRONGER? If you are not then make the necessary changes. Ex. super set dumbell flyes while benching so that your chest gets pre-exausted and your shoulders and triceps don't fail first. Also, try doing some super slow sets, that always gets me sore! Try not locking the weight out also. Hope this helps...Colorado...p.s. I heard there is a link on this (elitefitness homepage) to the mm2k bench program...you might want to try that...
