Ive noticed when I do my bench routine, Ihave problems on finishing my last set,
which is normal, but I also notice 1 hour later Im not sore and the next day Im not
sore either. Everyone else I know gets atleast a little sore, so whats wrong with me
Is it my muscles or the way I lift? If Im not sore maybe I should be working out
2 times a day instead of 1nce a day.
I figure if Im not sore im not going to see any gains?
Any advice?
