I've actually used this style before and I must say that it works great. The only problem I had with it were the frequent injections, but these were minor compared to the results. I gained 43lbs in 16 weeks. I've been off for a little while because of a small car accident. When I get back to it though, I'll use this system which actually around here is called a "cyclone cycle".
