I have been traning with weights now for 3 years now.
I started lifting for football. I'm a Jr in high school now and I
NEED to bulk up for next year. Problem is that my time is limited between school, and work.
I was wondering what kind of training i should do to make the most out of my
time in the gym and get the most growth I can get. Do you guys reccomned a
a Mike Metzer HEAVY DUTY approach with only one working set, or Volume style of training
Which is more efficent.
