: Could you please comment on the routine featured in War. This is pretty much the routine me and friends are doing now. (Drug free) If one of my friends starts a moderate cycle shouldn't he recover faster enough to train the body on a 3 on 1 off or each body part every 6 days.
: Also, they mention that after a cycle you should cut back considerably, and even that routine would be too much in the long run. You have previously stated that the workouts should be kept frequent and intense. I believe you said this would help force your body's hormones to start doing there job again faster. Could you please comment on this point also. Thanks
: Anyone with experience please comment also!!
I'm currently working on documenting, a routine that myself, sports doctor, and aerobic instructor designed, called "PUSH, PULL, LEGS"!!! Right now, I'm trying to catch up on the e-mail (I'm 47 responses behind, sorry guys) and preparing the March Hulkster's Newsletter (and this one is great)!!! Once, I get a rough draft on the routine completed, I'll send you a copy. I do recommend keeping the workouts hot and heavy (60 to 90 minutes, 5/6 days a week), because you want to stress out your bodies monitoring system into kicking in it's own hormonal levels and keeping those levels higher than they were before your cycle ever began. When a person (male/female) completes a cycle, their body goes thru a, hormonal rebound effect. Your body is responding to the loss of synthetic hormons and kick-starts its own. During this phase, your body is determining the proper levels of hormon you require, by maintaining a hot and heavy routine the body's monitoring system, is going to keep your levels higher than if you were to slack off. This is one of the ways to minimize the losses, aquired during the cycle. This follow-up posting is just a drop in the bucket on this theory, I just wanted to back the reasoning behind my recommendation. Be careful and watch your back!!! Hulkster
