: Let's say I have a perscription and try the "I have perscribed drugs, please let me in" plan. What are the chances that a person would be able to keep their medecine? Also, what do people think of this scenario. I come to the border, and claim my three bottles of tequila and my perscription for Clenbuterol along with my box of Clenbuterol tabs. Let's say they take away my Clenbuterol. Let's also say that I have some hidden Laurabolin that I didn't claim. Because I claimed the other stuff, would my chances of getting the Laurabolin across the border increase? ANARCHY!!
First of all, whoever said to substitute the heroin for steroids wasn't exactly correct. They were correct
in the fact that both substances ARE scheduled III controlled substances, possession or distribution of
which are a felony, but still different buy the threat they pose to society. The courts take all of
these things into account.
Next as far as crossing the boarder. The answer is it DEPENDS. What is the amount and the nature of the
drug you are carrying? How good is the agent at the boarder. What do you look like etc. It's a crap
shoot. There are just too many scenarios to consider. I mean if you are 5'5" 120 and are carrying a
box or two of Clenbuterol and you are claiming it's for your asthema and you have no insurance for
Albuterol (in the U.S.) so you picked up a $6.00 box of clen in Mexico instead, customs would probably
let you go. If you're 6 feet 230 they'll probably take it from you. Will they arrest you...it depends.
What's the boarder agents mood, knowlege of restricted drugs etc. Yes mood...just like traffic cops
sometimes they just don't feel like going through the bullshit (ie paper work etc.) of busting your ass.
I think you all see what I'm getting at...it's a roulette wheel. If your a 95 year old frail lady you
could carry a gym bag full of sus pre loads. I get lined up everytime I go. Here are some facts...
1) There is NO distinction between personal and distribution amounts when it comes to getting busted.
The only change is the sentencing...possession with intent to distribute or just possession you're
getting busted.
2) Declaring something is NOT a sure fire way to avoid getting busted. Ignorance of the law is NOT a
Get out of Jail Free Card. " Officer I didn't know I was supposed to stop a red light..."
You see the point?
3) Clebuterol, Nolvadex, Norizal...and all the other accessory stuff IS illegal (but you guys knew
that).
4) NEVER us FedEx or UPS or anything but plain ol U.S. mail for mailing.
5) I want to give out a tip that can help but I don't want to pull a Butt Plug, or give my buddy Jim F____ ;)
and his fag friends at the D.A.'s office a clue, so e-mail me.
Bottom line is that law enforcement is not an exact science (hell look at the rocket scientist that
are perfoming it...) So you just don't know. So be careful. There are things that can help and that
seem like good ideas but hell, even Al Capone eventually got busted.
