: Questions: Enough calories & protien? Dosage schedule/amounts reasonable? Nolvadex needed? (nipples got sore with the dbol but no gyno developed first time. PS the dbol made me feel like shit; tired, bloated to the point I could barely button a shirt!). Is HIT a good routine for this cycle? Thanks for all your advice.

Your dosage is good (alittle heavy for new guy, but still good), the type of products is great (two thumbs up), For calories, go with (50/30/20 - carb/protein/fat). If your nipples were sensitive last time, they'll be sore this cycle, Nolvadex is recommended. Bloating should be expected, maybe not as much as your d-bol cycle, as everyone reacts alittle different with products. Your workout routine is good, I'll be publishing a new workout routine called "Push. Pull, Legs" and every client that I've put on the routine, has gotten stronger and bigger in a short period of time (natural).
