This will be your first cycle, right? Then lets take
it down a notch, save your juice somewhat and lessen
the detrimental effects that much a.s. will have on
your system from excess.
Use the search engine and find the decrease the days
cycle for sostenon 250. Use that one. It's very good
and safe with terrific results.
For the deca, just 200 mg. per week will work fine
for a first timer. Do both of these together and you
should pack on 20 - 30 lbs. of serious muscle. Just
make sure your protein intake is about 400 grams per
day. Eat lots of clean carbs and low fat (but good fat)
and train like your life depended on you bustin' your
balls in the gym.
If you're serious about competing later, you'll want
to do a cycle of primo, winny and ox. Use the search
engine to look up a previous post of mine called

All this plus the sweat and blood and determination
you want to put into it will get you to where you want
to be.
