O.K. I was lifting for football for two years.then got into bodybuilding and have been training for that for about the last year.
My diet is good my traing is good and so is my rest. Not trrying to be arrogant but overal for being a natural teen I'm doing damn good . I'm just impatient as hell.
actually I'm around 195 and 16% bodyfat.
what I ment for my cycle was
Week 1: appx. 600mg sust.250
400mg deca
the same dose for the next 7 weeks
off for eight. and then back on for the 12 weeks before my contest using the same dosages every week throughout my cycles.
