I would like some help from you guys & girls, I am a typical hardgainer and I'm going to use d-bol in a couple of days.
I've found and read lots of info about d-bol's usage but what I couldn't find is the following :
How should I traing while on the D-BOL? Currently I train 3 days/week, each session my whole body with a
hargainer routine, only use 1 or 2 work sets for each exercise. Should I continue this routine while on the D-BOL?
or should I just increase the number of sets? Or should I train each bodypart once a week and
increase the number of exercises and sets. Or should I increase the number of days/week?
I'm very confused about this topic, it's the first time I'm going to use any steroid so I want to make
a very productive cycle. If you have any comment on my d-bol cycle I really appreciate it, it looks like this :
Week#1 MO 4 tabs 2 tabs 06:00 2 tabs 22:00
TU 4 tabs 2 tabs 06:00 2 tabs 22:00
WE 4 tabs 2 tabs 06:00 2 tabs 22:00
TH 4 tabs 2 tabs 06:00 2 tabs 22:00
FR 4 tabs 2 tabs 06:00 2 tabs 22:00
SA 4 tabs 2 tabs 06:00 2 tabs 22:00
SU 4 tabs 2 tabs 06:00 2 tabs 22:00
Each 2 weeks I increase the number of tabs by 1, so at the end of the cycle I'm going
to use 6 tabs of D-BOL/day.
Week#6 MO 6 tabs 3 tabs 06:00 3 tabs 22:00
Tu 6 tabs 3 tabs 06:00 3 tabs 22:00
In week#7 I take nothing and in week#8 I'm going to use 2 tabs of tamoxifen at night each day.
Should I continue with this scheme or should I taper off the d-bol at the end of the cycle?
As you see there are a lot of questions but I want to make everything clear, but I still hope anyone can give
me some answers!
