: i would be interested in knowing how old you are? just because i have a suspicion. i would also like to know how long you have been training, the reason why i ask is because you are using what is generally regarded as a begginner routine. about your training, if that regimen is the only one that has ever worked for you even after a more advanced routine has been attempted and adjusted and still failed then i would stick to what works. keeping in mind that your capacity to train without overtraining is increased with the d-bol maybe try a more advanced routine when juiced. after all everything works when you are sauced, and an advanced routine is for better results once you body is broken in. you should taper you d-bol at the end of your cycle down to probably 2 or 3 a day. let your body off gently.
: now about my suspicions, you should never use the juice if your an inexperienced bb. your selling yourself short. you should become as big as your genetic limit allows before any drug use. if you are a begginner you must realize that this is a patience and discipline game and if your relentless reward will be given in many ways, not just size. a begginner who starts the juice will always be a begginner in my mind because they haven't learned ropes the discipline and patience learned is invaluable and will be comprimised if you starrt the juice to early. you need at least a few years of dedicated training to learn the discipline that will keep you from becoming lazy on the juice, and will keep you unaddicted to the size bearing results of anabolic steroids

I concur with CAJUN, one must develop their joint/tendon/muscle foundation first, or injuries will follow. You should work yourself up to 5 or 6 times a week at 90 minutes per session of intensity training, low reps high weights, but thats only what your are working toward, one should never start out with a routine like this. As for your d-bol cycle try this (what time a the day make no difference, you are just trying to maintain a certain level by taking d-bol twice a day, but timing is not that critical.
week 1=3 d-bol/twice a day
week 2=4 d-bol/twice a day
week 3=5 d-bol/twice a day
week 4=6 d-bol/twice a day
week 5 thru week 8, reverse the order.
