I ve followed the various posts and questions about the dreaded cookie files
and I like many users am paranoid about whether anyone is tracking or monitoring
my internet movements and travel. So my questions are:

CAN I JUST DELETE THE DAMN THINGS OUT OF MY COOKIES.TXT FILE???

CAN I DELETE THE WHOLE FILE?

I have a version of netscape that does not allow me to block cookies so I want
to just delete them. What will happen???
