Because your friend is genetically per-disposed to
getting gyno, make sure he keeps it handy while on
the primotest. He may not need it and shouldn't take
it unless he does but he'll know if he needs it. The
nipples will start to get sore before any lump occurs.
Take it at the first sign of trouble and that doesn't
matter where in the cycle it happens to be.
Sure, the HCG would've been the best but I don't think
there'll be any problem with just the clomid/dhea.
He may lose a few lbs. but starting the clen after will
help as well.
Let's put it this way, he's doing well compared to some
guys who do nothing after thier cycles and hope for the
best.
