: - You should'nt lower your body's insulin level, since that will interfere with the way it handles glucose and other fuels (carbohydrates). The best way to loose fat is the old fashion way. Lower your fat intake, keep your protein high, so as not to loose muscle, and try a little bit of cardio. I say a LITTLE cardio. Nobody ever got huge being an endurance trainer. Keep your Carb intake at top levels while you train. Remember, sweat the fat away! Good luck!!!!

Well, thanks for Adcice, Mic. In fact im not a BB, Im endurance athlete and that's the problem. Im a cyclist and I have to be as light as possibble, but when you train aerobic you loose a lot of energy and when you finish your training you're really hungry because of lower insuline lewel in your system (you'll be hungry until insulin will be stable. So do you have any idea what to eat during training to replace a little of lost energy in order to be not so hungry after training? How the Body B hadles that?
Thanx......Marx
