Ok, certain as used certain ways allow a person to pack on more mass
than he/she would be able to naturally.
Now i know this would depend upon a zillion factors,
but over the years, generally speaking, how well is this mass maintained?
Does a dependence result, in the sense that it is needed periodically
to maintain earlier gains? Is this only an issue when stronger as are
used or does this apply to milder as also?
Another question - Does this depend upon the level of the bb?
I mean if an underdeveloped(not near natural peak) person used as to
put on some mass would it be easier or more difficult to keep this
mass than if a developed person(at or near natural peak before) did the same.
Maybe someone with longer term experience in trying to keep mass could
shed a little light?
