Since I know that sleep is important to muscle growth. I'd like to know if any natural supplements or drugs can help me sleep better. I've never been a good sleeper, and when I am unable to sleep for a night, my training suffers the next day.
Is there any such substance or method that can help sleep but not affect muscle growth negatively? I know that most sedatives cause musle hypotnia, which is bad. Please don't say melatonin for it dont do shit for me.
