First of all when you talk of your creatine use is the longest you have stayed on for one month? If so try using
the stuff for three months. The first time I used creatine I wasn't to serious and I gained about six pounds, but I was on a strict diet.
The second time I used it I took much higher dossages and ate much more food and gained seventeen pounds. Not only did I gain
this weight but after I stopped taking it I kept the weight and my strength shot up. It has been three months since I have taken creatine
and last monday I started a new cycle that starts with six weeks creatine, followed by six weeks HMB, and then six weeks CLA. As far as the
HMB goes I have never tried but I'm planning on it in a couple weeks. If I'm pleased with the results I'll let you know.
