I have tried almost any supplement on the market, mainly waste of my money. (I am not speaking about A.S)
The only supplement I have found working is creatine.
I normally gain about 4 pounds when using creatine. But after about one month I loose it all. So creatine
mainly cause some additional water in my muscle I guess.
My question is if any have any experience with
HMB. Is it similar to creatine, worse or better ?
