CLOMID + NOLVADEX: Yes or No?

Alright experts,

I read that clomid should be used after a heavy cycle of D-bol or sust but
not for to long. My question is, I also heard that Clomid can cause
bitch tits and one has to use Nolvadex with that. But if you do a cycle of d-bol
you should also use nolvadex, so is it necessary to use the nolvadex with the d-bol
AND the clomid?
