: Do you have any experience with females taking Clen. Approx 30 yrs. old with no history
: of cardiac disease, hypertension. Minor cholesterol (high ldl,low hdl) problem.
: Should I worry, and can you suggest an effective dosage/cycle.
THe theory of taking clen 2 days on and then 2 days off is pretty fefunct theory. The new school of thought on getting the most benefits from Clen is to take as much of it as you can handle until side effects become a problem, and take that high dosage until the benefits cease. You can monitor your temperature every morning, and when you are not in thermogenesis (elevated body temp), you should stap taking the clen altogether. This will yiled the best results. Real world results of taking the clen 2-on-2-off does not appear to work very well.
