Yes, I know of a real foxy looking 37 y/o female who
wants to shed that last 15 lbs. and the clen is doing

The advice given in the two previous posts were excellent.
I won't repeat what was said there but I will tell you
what she does.
Firstly, she runs hot most of the time anyways, so she
does take the two on, two off and goes with as much as
she can take. Most days it's 4 and only one at a time
but every couple of hours.
She likes the Russian generic better than Spiropent
(claims it's stronger feeling and less side effects.)
She does stop for a few weeks after being on for a few
weeks. (Which is when she notices the effects diminishing.)
